Very accommodating with care requests. Change in schedules and very friendly staff and always asking how my sister is doing. She has had alot of health issues and changes in her meds and hospital stays. Hopefully that will change soon. At the end of her radiation treatments and so on.

We were very happy that we chose Lino Lakes Memory Care for our Mom. They took very good care of her and treated both her and us with respect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleasant environment. People were friendly. Residents were eager to show what they do and welcomed us. [name removed] explained the rooms and how the schedule runs. We were able to walk with one of the residents and enjoyed her sweet smile.

The staff retention is a major plus. The activities and amenities appear to be top notch. They were very good at answering any questions I had. This is one of my favorite facilities that I’ve toured

The people who met us were friendly and helpful. The building has personal space and community space--you could probably find a nice place outside of your room to be in your own space. Though we didn't participate in the activities, we could see that the residents were active and enjoying their programs.

My family member has lived in this homey memory care residence for more than six years now. (Originally run by [community removed], it has been operated by Dimensions Living for almost ten months.) The staff, some of whom have worked here for years, are patient, kind, and compassionate. They are well trained in caring for people with a broad range of dementia issues. I regularly see these caregivers use their knowledge to skillfully meet the individual needs of residents. The combination of the facility’s comparatively small size and the dedication of its staff makes for a warm, welcoming place, where family members and friends regularly join residents for meals and activities in a family-like atmosphere. After more than six years, we remain happy with our choice of memory care facilities.

I recently placed my wife in memory care at Mira and I am very impressed with every aspect of facility and staff,[Name Removed] admin introduced and welcomed me to facility. [Name Removed] demonstrated and provided the love, caring and comfort I was searching for during a difficult time. The staff and level of care has been exceptional and very comforting to myself and family. I have no doubt that they are committed to the welfare of my wife...I feel blessed and very thankful.

We felt my mom was well cared for. The staff were very professional and caring. The facility was very clean and safe. We were very pleased with my mom's room. I would recommend this facility to others.

Facility is clean, modern, and luxurious. Staff is friendly and interacts with residents. Residents are alert and happy. The in-house chef will custom make the food.

The apartments are very nice and quiet. The food is varied and delicious! The facilities are beautiful! I made a good decision moving here.

I am very pleased with Garden View. Staff has been most helpful and always positive and cheerful with residents and visitors. [name removed] room has room for a queen size bed night stand, recliner, end table and dresser. TV sits on dresser. There is a large bath room with walk- in shower and plenty of storage. There is also a large closet and room for a dorm fridge. The dining area is spacious and open with two sitting areas (1 has a TV and the other has books, puzzles, and games. Large windows provide a nice view. The place is clean and comfortable. I have eaten meals there and have no complaints- well balanced and tasty.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my mother has been receiving during her stay. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being, which has made a wonderful difference in her experience. I also wanted to specifically mention how much she enjoys the meals; the home-style cooking is excellent and truly appreciated. Thank you all for your hard work and for providing such a welcoming environment.

My tour of Mira at Maumelle was delightful. The arrival and parking was easy. All of the staff are cordial and very informative. The facility is beautiful and appears to be well designed functionally. Many of my wants for this type of facility are met here. I recommend that anyone looking for an assisted living facility consider Mira at Maumelle.

They were very informative and helpful from the very start. Most of the staff went above and beyond! It was a very safe environment. We especially appreciated [names removed] The only thing that we thought could be improved on was the accuracy of the delivered meals. Sometimes we wouldn't get everything we ordered or we would get duplicates when we didn't ask.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are caring and kind and the facility is clean and spacious.

Mom is doing very well at Arbor Garden Place. The staff and management are attentive and caring - as are so many of the other residents! Her one bedroom apartment is lovely. She has favorite meals and options when she doesn't like the menu for the meal. She is getting PT as her daily activity level went down after moving in and it is a great convenience to have the therapist come to her! So far we are all really pleased with our decision.

Dimensions has been a very positive experience for my father and our family. Thank you so much for suggesting we consider them!
