From the very beginning, working with Emily and the entire team at this facility has been nothing short of a blessing. Emily's warmth, professionalism, and genuine heart made a world of difference during what can often be a difficult transition. She took the time to answer every question, ease every concern, and made us feel like family from day one. What truly sets this community apart is the deep level of care and intentionality the staff brings to each and every resident. They aren’t just doing a job - they are living out a mission. The team prioritizes creating not just a safe space, but a joyful, enriching, and dignified environment for everyone who calls this place home.

Prices are in line with other places. It is a nice neighborhood. The staff communicate very well, which is extremely important.

The staff is amazing. They truly care. They also have so many activities for the residents. It keeps them involved and encourages socialism and that's very important. It's quite expensive but worth every penny. I can't say enough good about this facility. The staff is incredible. The facility itself is beautiful. The administration is very caring. Everyone from the administrator down to housekeeping and laundry are simply wonderful people.

I moved here last October and I'm so glad I did. it's my happy place. The people and staff are friendly and helpful. [name removed] is the social director and she has lots of fun things to do. it's nice to always have someone around to talk to.

I can't say enough good things about MorningStar. They took great care of my father. They were in touch with me often. The staff is very caring. We would absolutely recommend MorningStar at Arrowhead to other families!

The staff is very dedicated to the needs of their clients, very dutiful. They take great care in communicating with the client, they're patient. I have noticed when I'm visiting the staff always communicate with my mom, as opposed to communicating with my mom through me, very client-centered. They do a good job of keeping the apartment clean and attending to doing her laundry in a timely manner. They're very meticulous with her meds and make sure she understands what she's taking; they do well with administering her eye drops. Overall, the staff is curteous and dedicated to their work.

It's an inviting atmosphere that allows individual freedoms to participate as much as they want. Visitors are encouraged and acknowledged by the staff and invited to join in the activities. They have worked with me to find ways to accommodate the need to limit my mother's access to the outside during the summer months. The staff initiates discussions when they see an issue.

Orchard Pointe a beautiful facility. Staff is very professional, accommodating, and caring. We worked with them for several months before Mom moved in and they were willing to work with us for the best experience for Mom. They even came up with ideas that I would not have thought of to make her feel welcome and at home. The people and the core values make this a great community.

It's a fabulous home for [name removed] and I am extremely confident of their ability to keep her healthy and safe.

My mom is currently a resident at Orchard Pointe at Surprise and overall things have been great for her. During the tour, mom said that she didn't need to look anywhere else, she felt warm and safe there. She says if you can't stay at home any longer, this is the next best place to be.

They genuinely care about their residents. My mother was very happy there.

Great communication especially with the nurses and care givers. A lot more activities and interaction with the residents and the employees than other places.

The staff is always in contact me. They are so kind to me and my father. He stays very busy there and I love that. The activities there have helped him create friendships which is good because he is very social. He seems so happy. I would absolutely recommend Morningstar to others!

My mom is very happy at Orchard Pointe in Surprise. Within the first 6 months of the move, she received a dementia diagnosis, so my family is very glad that she is getting the help she needs. However, the cost of board minus the care add on went up twice in 4 months and she celebrates her once year anniversary there next week. Admin is non responsive about my inquiries about the rate hikes.

Note that the 3 on #8 is related to the memory care services. This is a much smaller section of Morning Star and I believe l the costs related to running a top notch assisted living center impact memory care. I recently moved my father to another facility which is 100% memory care and a smaller facility. It saves me thousands annually for similar if not better care.

I was very pleased with the care that my loved one received there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was delightfully decorated and his needs met.

When I went to inspect the property to see if it would work for my dad, every staff person knew all the residents by name. So yes, I would definitely recommend it to someone.

The staff is very cordial/caring. Communication with the family is good. All went well with the move in process. The meals generally okay. I would recommend this facility to others.

My husband was only there 5 days and he passed away . However, in our short time I was amazed with the service and attention we received - such a wonderful loving atmosphere - I wish we had found it sooner. From the initial tour of property, answering all my questions. The staff could not have been more caring and concerned. Everyone went out of their way to learn our names and talk to us to learn a little something about us making me know I made the right choice. Our facility had an activities director and she had 2 other people assisting her. There was also entertainment few times a week. I have told everyone I meet that find themselves in the of this type of facility about Morningstar. Told my friend in Billings MT and she told someone - that person actually became a resident. My only complaint - I did not find Morningstar sooner - truly believe my husband would have had a little more time- at least better quality - rather than sitting in a hospital where they made it clear he was not a priority due to his declining condition
