We can only rave about SPRING CREEK. [Name Removed] is amazing. The staff is amazing my 84-year-old father is very pleased relieved that my sister is being so cared for and and he is not a very complementary man I have to say.

[Name Removed] was only there for about 6 days She had a stroke and went into Hinds administered hospice care at cedar brook She passed away soon thereafter But the staff was very caring in that short period of time

Overall 5 stars. The staff was for the most part fantastic..it's a tough job and was also impressed by the lack of staff turnover.

The staff has been very kind and helpful to mom and to us, the family. It appears that they really care about their residents. There are lots of activities for residents to become involved in. Mom is busy from when she wakes up until bedtime. Mom is getting a lot of additional therapy to meet her needs. Mom loves it there! We visited quite a few places and talked to some on the phone. We also talked to family members who had loved ones at Lakeview and they could say enough positive things about the care there. I would only put my mom where I felt comfortable and Lakeview gave us the best sense of comfort.

The staff was wonderful , rated 5+ The meat were very nice and they added 2 little extra meals for those who got hungry in between. And there was always someone to help those who had a hard time eating. They always had on clean clothing . And every day they were bring the clean clothing. My daughter and I felt God had his hand in finding a perfect place . They have a great place for the busy ones to walk or sit in wheelchairs and move around. They are very careful no one can get away. And when ever they passed a person in the halls they always said hello to them. We could not have asked for a better place.

Maple Glen was chosen because of how I saw the caregivers interacting with the residents. Genuine kindness. Smiles. They are all full timers so no agency staffing used on a regular basis. I feel very comfortable with mom living there.

They always answered the phone and if I ask a question about something, they always put me on hold go to the nurse or the caregiver and find out what the answer is for me. The communication with family is fabulous.

They were incredibly attentive to my mother. They had video in her room, and in her hallways, and I felt that was very important. I visited 3 units before I chose Waverley. Waverley always contacted me with any concerns on my mother. Even to the point of a red mark on her little baby toe from her slippers, they were on top of everything. I have nothing that I could complain about. The staff was incredible. The care staff it was attentive to every need. The nursing staff addressed every issue with me up front for my thoughts and concerns

Everything was very good. The staff gave my wife, [name removed], very good care from start to finish. I can't say enough good stuff about how [name removed] was treated. Spring Creek helped me through a very stressful time. I had exceptional support from everybody I dealt with.

They provided excellent service for my mom's stay. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Only place I could find on short notice in the area that would take Medicare then transition to Medicaid when funds are gone. I would recommend

5 to all of the categories. What we like the most about the community is just that it is a wonderful place for my mother and yes we would recommend Sterling Inn Community to other families based on the experience so far.

Sterling in is amazing. The staff and nurses handle there tenants with care and understanding.

The staff genuinely cares about their residents. They were always patient and kind despite the challenges of working with memory care residents. They seemed well trained on how to deal with memory care issues. The food was OK. Because it was a memory care facility, all the activities were oriented toward people with dementia, which meant my mom, who had Alzheimer's, could participate in everything even with her cognitive and physical impairments. When we first moved my mom there, Family and friends would ask where she was and how they could go visit. After they visited, they would report back how nice they thought the facility was and that it was much better than they expected. Even when my mom was on hospice, I felt like the staff really took care of her in a way that was beyond merely just doing their job . I would recommend The Gardens at Laguna Springs to anyone looking for a memory care facility.

5 Spring Creek was very good. Had a full crew of workers and they were all very kind and knowledgeable. We felt mom was in very good hands.

Canyon creek has been wonderful for my family member. The staff has worked with him and now he is engaged in life again. He's made friends and enjoys his days there. Staff has been very accommodating and provide ample communications on his progress and challenges.

Spring Creek has been a great place for my Dad. He is happy there and says he likes the food and the "people" Staff. The staff is exceptional! Very special people who are empathetic, patient and loving.

My wife [name removed] after just a few days at cedar brooks ended up having to go into hospice care at cedar brooks One reason I had picked cedar books for [name removed] was the possibility they could take care of her in a hospice set up at a later date It turned out she needed hospice care in just a few days after she checked in. Cedar brooks together with Hinds Hospice and the rest of the cedar brook staff took wonderful and dedicated care of [name removed] till she passed about a week later

I'd like that it's more modern and it's more open in the staff seems nicer and finally they do involve my mom in activities even if she doesn't want to do it.

Overall a 5, because of the staff. Everyone is always willing to help, they contact me when there's something I need to know about, and they're friendly with mom and dad.
