There are a ton of activities to choose from every day. It's very clean. Lots of different sized apartments to choose from and they renovate each apartment upon vacancy so it's nice and new when residents move in.

The staff is wonderfully attentive and caring. The administration makes everything right. The facility is well maintained, and the food is delicious!

My visit was exciting. A Place for Mom chose a facility that was exactly what I was looking for. The building is new (6 years), which is a plus.

My mother recently stayed at Water’s Edge, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the care she received. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. The nursing team was attentive and compassionate, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure my mother was comfortable. The therapy team was outstanding—they motivated her every day and played a huge role in her progress and recovery. It was clear they truly care about their patients’ success. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which gave our family peace of mind. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept informed about her care and progress. Thanks to the dedication of the entire team, my mother made great strides and returned home stronger and more confident. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this rehab to anyone in need of short-term or long-term care.

The staff and facilities were great. Some upgrades being done to the property when I was there which I was impressed with.

I am a new resident of Havenwood and am so happy be here. The staff has been so helpful and I have meet so many nice people. There are so many activites to choose from on a daily basis, which includes various exercise classes, conversational gatherings, and much more. You can have a great day every day.

Very friendly staff at Avalon Healthcare Center that take good care of my husband. It’s so comforting to me to know he is being taken care of! The nurses and activity directors care for the residents with love.

My aunt resides at Water's Edge located at Sandhill cove and is truly blessed to be there. She is thriving in such a caring environment and has given my family peace of mind knowing she is happy and well care for.

Our guide gave us an excellent tour of the facility and was very thorough with all details about the facility and the many options.

Moved in to Sedgebrook nine months ago and couldn't be happier. Apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two baths. The menu in the two restaurants is changed weekly with a variety of choices to meet every taste. Activities are scheduled every day with physical, cultural, creative and just plain "fun" things to do. Every staff member has been helpful, addresses me by name and always with a smile. Communication is timely and informative. A GREAT place to live.

I recently moved my mom to Richmond Place as she wanted to be close to family but have her own space still. The facility and staff made the move very easy and welcoming for my mom. She has settled in and made her apartment her own. The staff check in to see how she’s doing and see if she needs anything. Overall a great experience!

We moved my mother in last week to the facility. It is already emotional moving the person who raised you in an assisted living, but the team members were very helpful and polite. Anytime I had a question, they were there to help

I have lived at Havenwood for over two years. I have enjoyed the welcoming staff and residents. The activities are geared to include everyone. My favorites are the live entertainment, bingo and terrific opportunities for creativity.

I am a resident here in Havewood of Richfield and I've lived here for over 3 and a 1/2 years. When I arrived here, I found out that everybody was in a small community and very friendly and now since I've been here a little longer, the help here is super and we're getting along fine even through stressful times these kind of days. , I encourage you to check it out. My husband and I moved to The Clare almost four years ago. It was a very good decision! The apartments are well equipped and very comfortable. The staff is well chosen and helpful in every way. We have been particularly pleased with the dining service. The chef offers a nice variety each week and the food is well prepared. The location is excellent and transportation is available for medical appointments and many activities. We enjoy a wide variety of programs each week. Residents, as well as staff, provide ideas for the programs and outings to theaters, museum exhibits and special events.

I have lived at Sedgebrook for almost 2 years and find it a very good place to be. The community is very friendly and supportive. When you walk in the halls those you pass smile and greet you and frequently stop to talk for a minute There are a large number of activities of various kinds. It is easy to find something you enjoy participating in whether is a physical activity, a game playing , a discussion group, an intellectual challenge, or just something to do with others for fun There is a meal allowance and meals are served in two different dining rooms twice a day. There is a wide variety of food to be selected and usually very tasteful. If you need transportation that is available. There are busTrips to local stores held every week and there are drivers for more individual trips Apartments are well designed and easy to live in and maintainence is well done usually It’s a place that soon feels like home

This place is ever welcoming, clean, and bright. The staff is exceptional and welcoming. There are a good variety of things for my dad to do and many new friends to make. I feel comfortable that my dad will be well taken care of at Havenwood Burnsville.

My mother moved to Havenwood in 2025. She was so very happy there. She always felt respected and cared for. She sold her condo, that she had owned for 15 years, after trialing Havenwood because she loved it there so much. She never wanted to live anywhere else. You couldn't find a more helpful or caring staff anywhere. I would give them the highest rating possible. Mom fell into a quick decline and passed away this[Date Removed]. She was so happy to have her final days at Havenwood in the only home she wanted. The love and support we all got was invaluable.
