We had our Mom at a large assisted living facility in ahwatukee and I can't begin to express how much better she has done since moving to Central Scottsdale MD assisted living. The caregivers are so friendly to all the guests and truly care about the wellbeing of each live in. It's a beautiful home that the seniors can get the care they need while feeling like they are home. The home cooked food, activities, private rooms are great. [name removed], the company Manager is so efficient, friendly and made the move easier. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed](And Orhers) keep the house organized while showing empathy as they provide individualized care to their Seniors. The house is so clean and ready for guests at all hours of the day. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding our expectations in caring for our special Mom.

I moved my mother into this home for smaller setting and better eyes on my mom from a big facility she was in due to her decline over time with her memory. Within days of the move to central Scottsdale Az my mom was super confused and big change from her unusual. They sent her to hospital to find a bad UTI and extremely high blood sugar. Upon discharge back to the new home the manger went above the expectation with how much went into making d/c happen on a Saturday/holiday week. This is exactly why I moved her! Great Job!

My mom was a resident at the Valencia care home. She was not only cared for with the highest quality any daughter could ask for but the upmost, respect that she deserved. Huge thanks to [names removed] and the manager [name removed]

My brother [name removed] has been in many institutions through our his life. But this setting and this is home is a game changer for my brothers life. [names removed] are outstanding care and the manage has proven to be a great leader.

I toured this home a while ago and really loved it. The care staff was very welcoming and doing fun things to engage w/ residents. I did plan to place my mom there but her breath made a turn for the worst it was possible. I do recommend.

My mother resided at the Retreat for 3.5 years. She had many up and downs and the caregivers w/ leadership from management has been always improving and good. I do recommend you won't get better team work.

My mother has been a resident at this home for merely 8 weeks and I am so appreciate for all the work that's gone into ensuring she is safe and well cared for. The efforts do not go unnoticed.

Our 86 year old mother has been at Valencia Home for six months and we couldn't be happier with this place. The caregivers really do care about the residents, are extremely kind and compassionate to their needs. We feel so fortunate to be able to have gotten her into this lovely home that's close to family, has roughly ten residents and feels like a community of elders. It's a beautiful converted home, has never been smelly (some certainly are!) when we visited and we know out mom really likes her care providers. After visiting some large facilities, we concluded this is the best fit for our mom who progressed to requiring 24 hour care. We like also the all-inclusive model where we pay her monthly fee that includes for hygiene help etc that other companies do. Thank you so much [names removed] and others who have positively impacted our mom at this late stage in her life. Also to [name removed] who got us settled here, answers any questions we have and competently handles several of the homes that the company runs. Thank you again Valencia Home for making it a positive experience for our mother (and us).

We are all from Chicago, IL and moving as a family to Arizona in October 2024. Our mom had a stroke almost a year ago and beside verbal she is pretty independent. After seeing a handful of others this was the only house that walks off property and helping with looking was not frown.

I live only minutes away from this home. It's beautiful and bright. The staff seemed to of been there for a long time it waste so in time. Adding this to my top 2.

I have received excellent care from the team here. They are most capable competent, kind, and professional. In addition, the two lady caregivers are responsive to resident needs and very sensitive.

I have been at this home for a while now and the owner came in the other day to introduce himself. [name removed], he said his name was, is a Kind hearted gentleman. That really made my day meeting him.

Wanted to say that coming from a big facility from years to this house has ben a big upgrade to my life. I've been here for a month now and couldn't be happier with my caregivers.

My mother was a resident at my Chateaux home. Not only was it a beautiful home but the Caregivers were all so great. I am thankful for the Care both to my mother and myself that was given especially in the end stage.

I was blown away when I first laid eyes on this home - It's so beautiful! Less than a month after moving my dad in the manager at the time was removed. I've not been able to communicate with her anyway but the manager that jumped in has really shown us how this experience is done. The care staff and manager is truly the best!

I can’t say enough good things about the care staff at Valencia. They were the second out of six homes we toured and we chose them because of [name removed]. There was something really special about [name removed] and how she spoke to and engaged with my mom that won me over. The home of course was nice much like the others that we saw however, it was the care staff that made all the difference. [names removed] took really good care of my parents. As if they were their grandparents. Valencia is a beautiful home in a custom neighborhood with an enormous backyard. Lots of events and activities for them to do. But it was the staff that made it all worth it for us. They truly treated my parents like family. And I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

My aunt had a problem with a few different facilities in the past so I was very skeptical. when I came to this home I immediately felt an overwhelming inviting feeling of home. The resident seemed happy and excited the place smelled amazing and the employees were very nice sweet and welcoming. The manager I believe her name was [name removed] sealed the deal!! I have a problem with caregivers who don't know how to care properly and she understood that. My aunty enjoyed every moment of that home until God called her home I am forever grateful to the amazing staff and manager who loved and cared for my auntie as if she was their own. I wish I could give them 10 stars but they only allow five thank you again.

I never wanted to put my dad in a home but after an incident happened I knew it was best for him I searched for a very long time because i couldnt find a facility that i was comfortable putting him in a friend of mine mentioned these homes and that is how i found the Valencia i wish i had found it sooner. My dad is doing so much better and he is the happiest that i have seen him in a long time i really appreciate all that they have done for him

i was taking care of my husband by myself for about 6 years but it became to much for me to handle on my own and all of my children live out of state, I hesitated on putting him in a home because I personally didn't want to be put in one but after visiting the Valencia I felt this was the home for him and maybe in the future the home for me.

It took me a while to find a place that I truly felt comfortable placing my father but once I went and toured the home I knew that this was going to be the best place for him and after seeing first hand how happy and well taken care of the residents were it truly put my mind at ease and really let me know that he would be receiving the best care that he needs
