Morningside Elite Management

My uncle has been relatively happy there and his health is improving over what it was when he went there. They are very communicative and helpful. The community is always well maintained and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They make the effort to celebrate holidays and provide events for the residents. I can not readily think of an area for improvement.

The community was wonderful with my loved one and family. The experience was great. We have already recommended the community to friends and will continue to recommend the community to friends and others. The staff is very caring and they were very communicative with the family and kept us updated on our loved one.

Care is great but unfortunately like all communities issues with caregiver turnover and shortages right now. I absolutely would recommend - my parents feel like it is their home and they are content. I am very comfortable there when I go to visit as well. My parents are very happy. Have made friends, love the staff. They moved bc my mom was in a wheelchair and my dad could no longer care for her on her own- falling often. Thanks to PT and [name removed] there within the facility she is now walking with a walker and getting more involved with the community

Overall it has been a really good experience for our family. The staff made the transition process a nice one - they had a welcome card and welcome sign for our loved one and made sure to sit him down with other residents during a meal time who they believed he would have things in common with which was really nice. He seems to be very happy and when he first arrived he was wheelchair bound and now he is moving around with a walker so he is doing much better and socializing much more.

Our experience was very good with Sunrise. The food was fabulous. The staff were very caring. The communication with the family was very good. There were three meals a day and the resident's had choices to choose from.

They need better communication between departments. Overall, a very pleasant and caring environment. They are very attentive to, my loved ones needs and I am thrilled with their support.

This place has been great for my mother, this is moms home and I couldn't be more happy.

The Morningside House of Laurel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They are all very warm and make the atmosphere inviting. The activities are ongoing, so the residents have things to do, but my husband doesn't usually go to activities. The staff will try to get residents to participate, but some would rather observe. The staff communicated with me very well and kept me informed of my loved one's needs, or a problem, that they have rectified. I believe that the cost for the care is fair, but it may not be in everyone's budget. Overall the Morningside House of Laurel is a very positive community, with the staff that has a very positive attitude about what they do. They always respond timely to my loved ones needs.

It was a clean community. They were friendly. The interaction with the staff was pretty good. My loved one liked the food. They created a nice homey environment, which was pleasant. They could do better, with maintaing attention to detail with the residents.

I visited other places before going to Morningside House and they by far have the nicest facility appearance wise, the best value for the money, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The friendliness of everyone there really stuck out to us as well, they are always willing to help and to get your loved ones adjusted to the facility. I am very happy here with what I have seen. I would recommend them above all else.

We have been very happy with Morningside House. Mom was very hesitant to go in there originally, but she has gotten very comfortable very quickly. She feels a part of things and has made a lot of friends. The staff are friendly. And people seem to really care about her. It has been a very good experience.

I had a very positive experience touring with Sunrise of Blue Bell. For respite, they were requiring a 4 week stay and my friend only needed 2 weeks. When it comes time and I cannot care for him any longer, Sunrise will definitely be one of my top choices. The staff were all very professional.

The community is good, when I toured I was very happy with what I saw. The staff is friendly and introduced themselves to you as well as what they did in the facility and that made me feel at home. The security is good as you have to be buzzed in to get access to the memory care unit.

I loved The Landing of Towamencin. The facility is brand new and sparkling clean. It reminds me of a 5 star hotel. The staff were all super friendly and did great with their follow up after our tour. It was up to mom and she just felt most comfortable at another facility we looked at, but this was our first choice.

This has been a very good experience for my loved one and family. The staff have really worked with the family and our loved one's needs. Everyone is very friendly and nice here. I'm impressed with the interactions of the residents and they way they socialize with each other. The staff make sure to get to know all the residents and this is what I have observed when visiting.

What we really like about Sunrise of Exton is the communication with the staff team

Sunrise has an excellent staff and very friendly residents. My loved ones room was small, but pleasant. The room was furnished and had a small refrigerator, a closet, bathroom, a tv, and a bed. Some of their activities include puzzle making, several musical events, bingo, and other things. The food has good variety; you have several choices, usually of a main meal or some kind of alternative. Desserts were excellent too. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Exton to others!

I love the continuity of care and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My mother feels the taste of the food could be better.

The staff members at Morningside House get 10 +, they are so attentive from the director to the receptionist and house keeping which is much appreciated. They have great activities that also gets a 10+. The staff really give personalized care on all levels. The nursing team is phenomenal they give individualized custom care to not only our loved one but to our family. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had

My wife has been at this community for 15 years. They are amazing and love what they do. i'm a little jealous of the amazing meals they put out for the residents there. LOL.
