very nice overall.... viewed a updated 2 bedroon unit.... i just do not understand WHY the show was not updated to a WALK IN shower.. talked to a few nice residences in the dining room which was very nice to do....

The staff is difference. All the assisted living memory care facilities in AV are about the same price. Palm Vista's staff is friendlier and knowledgeable. They cared for my loved one, sent me weekly pictures, helped me with medical appointments, sat and chatted with me about their medical, emotional, and physical conditions. The staff knew me by first name.

Very friendly, helpful caring staff. Clean environment. Good communication from the staff covering any issues. I'm very pleased with the accommodations and the care that my wife is provided.

So far it's a five and the only comment I can give really is that my mom is only been in there for a little over a month!! We are at a disadvantage to give you long-term comments on how great they are, but as far as right now, the food is delicious the people staff and all medicine stuff are all very friendly, even including the cleaning girls. They've all been really wonderful, including the receptionist desk, very welcoming, very sweet and very helpful. Also the executive director which is Tonya. She's as sweet as she could be and right now we feel that we are in the best possible place for my mom, but as I say time will tell I hope this helps

Highly recommend, it was a very good short term solution for my brother. Cleanliness, friendliness of staff and ease of moving my brother in at short notice for respite stay.

During an overwhelming sad time we are looking for help. Sure, friendly faces and attitudes but staffing, sensors and on site nursing are as important. Fees too. Ala carte fee structure can be knee buckling. I recommend facilities that are all inclusive.

The facility looks really nice. It was built in 2017. [Name Removed] provided a great virtual tour and it looked like it was a comfortable relaxing place and they offer different levels of care, which would be helpful for my mom. It looks like they have quite a number of activities to keep the residence engaged and a nice comfortable dining area for meals.

Staff always seek Dad out to include him in activities. He is always groomed... bedding and room clean. I asked Dad are you taken care of? He said Yes. I have nothing to complain about! That's a big compliment from him. Also staff always contacts me with any medical concerns.

Very friendly to our Aunt and us. Very accommodating to her. Food is great and activities are really good.

When you place your loved ones in a facility, the expenses add up, but having someone that is genuinely dedicated, exceeds the cost of caring. The Director at Woodmont Senior living is a true example of these actions. She goes above and beyond and then some to make sure the residents needs are met. Her leadership sets an example for her carestaff and how they should perform their duties. Not only does she care about the residents, but she has transformed the interior of the building into a beautiful welcoming place to call home. She's committed, confident and caring as she makes each day a special one for these residents. None of them have asked to be there and under her care, they are comfortable and want to be there. I am thankful that Woodmont finally has the leadership that cares.

Everyone was super helpful. Had great knowledge and was able to speed up the whole process. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. The memory care is excellent. Rooms are spacious and well maintained

We have the pleasure of caring for some residents and every time I’m there there’s great entertainment and everybody is smiling!

We had a delightful experience touring Summerfield of Roseville. Tour guide was a wonderful hostess. She greeted each and every resident by name, introducing them to us as we passed by them. People seemed happy to be there. Some were even helpful. The grounds were peaceful and pleasant. If it were a little closer to home, we would have considered it more sincerely.

My husband and I visited the facility in late March. The facility was very nice, clean and cheerful surroundings. We met with[Name Removed], the Community Relations Director who was so amazing and helpful. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us a room that would be used for respite care if my husband needed to stay for a short term. My husband liked the facility also, which was a positive for me. This would definitely be a facility that I would use for my husband in the future if I needed a short-term stay for him.

We liked the peaceful, orderly, very friendly atmosphere there at the Sakura garden. We had a pleasant tour with [Name removed] and she was very helpful and kind. Thank you for the lovely tour.

Well so far my dad is still in independent living so we haven't had a lot of time with the staff. But when I have interacted with them they have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is a little slow but kitchen staff and front office have been great. The facility is a little outdated but they do have a pool, hot tub and pool table for guests.

We toured and my mom really fell in love with the place and so did I! Everybody is very friendly. The food was delicious as they allowed us to have a beautiful meal after the tour! My mom ordered filet mignon and the waiter asked how my mom would like me to be cooked and I couldn’t believe it because it’s so different at the facility. She’s at now where you’re lucky if you could even cut through the meat with their lousy cutlery and them over killing any kind of protein that they Have The apartments are spacious have plenty of cupboard space much more than she has where she is so we will be moving my mom to Cyprus Court this month We are so happy we found such a good place

The assisted living facility is wonderful. The staff are caring and attentive, and there are so many services that make residents feel comfortable and supported. There are plenty of activities that keep everyone engaged and social, and the food is excellent with lots of variety. It’s a warm, welcoming community, and I would highly recommend it.
