Everything is great. staff, food, cleanliness. I would definitely recommend it.

I want to thank the people who work at Bridgeway Park. Especially , the executive director. Placing a loved one is difficult enough, but [Name Removed] personally helps to make sure things are working out. She has responded immediately with real concern for me and for my loved one making you feel like you are a part of a family, She has a strong work team, with her manager, Heidi, there communication is excellent. You don’t feel like your all alone on this! Everyone working there, show real concern. I can’t say enough about All the great people working there!

I often visit my aunt at this facility. The other residents always look happy and are engaging with each other. The residents enjoy decorating for upcoming holidays. They have self-directed activities and community activities. My aunt has made some great friends.

Other families, should know how expensive things are. I know you do quality care but people who can barely afford have a hard time. Other than that it's a great place

What we like the most about Grainhouse Grove is the consistency of care. Good food and snacks. Activities and accommodations. Clean facilities and open areas.

Staff and atmosphere are friendly and warm. My mom has a studio. We were so surprised how roomy it is! Amenities offered are great. My mom even has someone doing her laundry ($[fee removed]/week) in addition to the complimentary linen service.

The staff works to know the residents personally and ensures their environment stays clean and dignified. They have the training and tools to do a superior job with providing care.

It's a smaller facility which is perfect for my Dad. The place is always clean. Fellow residents are wonderful, kind and caring people. Staff are outstanding. I haven't encountered anyone yet who doesn't put effort into their job and care about all of the residents. My Dad does not like the food, and I've heard other residents complain as well. The meals appear nutritious and balanced to me but I have not tasted them so cannot vouch for flavor (I know my dad's taste buds may not be what they used to be). Staff are happy to make substitutions for residents that may not like something that is being served. Apartment is a studio. Although Dad would probably prefer an apartment with a separate bedroom, there seems to be adequate space for his needs. They offer daily afternoon activity/game which are well attended.

Everything is going swell, no problems. What I would tell another person considering this facility for their loved one is, don't hesitate to go there.

One thing they could improve on is the laundry. My mom got someone else's clothes and laundry basket. I would recommend this community to other families. Everyone there is very friendly and kind. I feel that my mom is well cared for living at Brookdale.

What we like the most about the community is that everyone; staff & residents, are not only friendly but accommodating. Very clean & always having activities.

Seems like mom is doing good she's eating well and I know staff is checking on her as much as possible. I want her included in activities as long as she wants to participate.

Very interactive with all the residents. Very caring and friendly to residents and family members. The food is delicious! It also looks good ! Sometimes I go home and make me the same. They always serve something different. I'm only here for dinner and always have (different) soup before the meal and a dessert afterwards.

From his first day there. [name removed] and the staff welcomed him. They had visitors come in whom he had worked with at Kellogg. He has quickly developed friendships and so have we. He has gotten much better physically and mentally with daily contact and socialization.

The quality of care is outstanding. All the staff is so kind to my mother, who can be difficult. They check in with her all the time and will even sit with her when she is having a difficult time.

We like the size of the town and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

5 for everything but Food. My Mom doesn't always care for the options so I give food a 3+ They have an excellent activities director who try's to keep the residents engaged. They tend to address any concerns in her room quickly. Front desk is always welcoming to visitors. Front lounge is clean and inviting as well as their cafeteria area.

My husband is very content living at Brookdale. I feel he is very well taken care of. The staff is always pleasant and attentive to any needs. Choosing Brookdale was the right decision.

My wife is well carried for. Facility is well maintained. Very friendly staff.
