The community is just beautiful. Such a nice environment staff and management have put together. Very caring staff. Good food and fun activities.

What we like the most about the community is the STAFF, location, appearance, and care of residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Although my mom has since passed away, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was truly exceptional—not only caring for my mother with compassion and dignity, but also supporting me during a very difficult time. I didn’t have a single complaint throughout her care. Her aides treated her as if she were their own mother, and that meant more to me than I can express. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed our family.

Administrative staff is awesome. Always there to help with anything. Such as medication changes or question I may have. The facility is very clean and inviting The quality care is great the activities are very good for people with dementia. (Coloring pictures, preparing food, seated volleyball with beach ball, bowling, etc. )

Arbor landing took excellent care of my mom. The entire staff was caring, compassionate, and professional. Even when my mom was challenging with her Dementia and disease process they were loving caring

Arbor Landing has been wonderful for my 95 year old mother. They take care of her needs and the staff is kind. She likes the food, the beauty salon and the activities.

A beautiful, clean, and safe place with quality caring staff that offers multiple levels of assisted living options. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful facility, caring responsive staff, location near family.

Here are some thoughts: 1. The staff are friendly and care about the well being of the residents. 2. Activities are interesting and fun. 3. The location of the facility is in a nice quiet and safe area. 4. The facility is all on one floor. 5. There is a PT "facility" on site. 6. There is a doctor that is in house 2x/week, if the resident chooses to utilize that doctor.

Caring, attentive staff is their super power!!! Not sure about how to improve the food, but it was pretty bland. Maybe it needs to be that way for older people.

The staff is very caring and attentive to the residents. It's like a family atmosphere there. The social director does a great job with the entertainment and varied activities. I have no complains with the food and the rooms are a little snug for two people but are kept very clean.

The apartment, a 1 bedroom is a good size and has a full kitchen and outdoor living space. Food overall is good. Staff is very nice - they know the resident's names.

No complaints. They do all they can for him. It is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone there is very friendly. The care there seems very good. My experiences with admin and staff have been good. I have not had the food myself, but I have helped serve it and have seen a few different dishes and it all looks very good. My father has no complaints. Minor issue is having specific meal plans for diabetics, etc. which they do not have. My father doesn't participate in the activities but they seem fun for most. Memory Care is expensive. It would be great if it was cheaper, but compared to the peace of mind for his safety and 24/7 care, it is worth it.

[name removed] was very comfortable at Arbor Landing in Hampstead. The staff was professional and courteous. This facility was very clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend them if I needed to use them again.

I recently toured Arbor Landing in Surfside to see if it was a fit for my parents. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the residents I met seemed very happy there. The independent living apartment I saw was spacious and lovely and the memory care section is spotless and the residents seemed engaged and well cared for. I would feel good about my parents living here.

It was all good enough for me to leave my dad there. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff is very good and is there to help. Very good on activities . The only complaint would be to much fried food they need to offer grilled or friend. There was a meeting and the chef was present. It isn't good for anybody not alone seniors.

We are very happy with Arbor Landing they have been wonderful to my Mom. Yes, we would definitely recommend Arbor Landing at Surfside to other families based on the experience so far.
