My grandmother just moved into Symphony Manor and they have been so wonderful to me and my family. They made me feel at ease during this transition that felt so scary and complicated. The care team has been taking extra special notice of my grandma even since before we moved in! I feel like they treat us individually and get to know us as people, rather than treating us like a sale. I love the family feeling we get from the staff. Highly recommend!

The staff is great. Very friendly and patient centric. My Dad has various opinions on the food but eats well. They are finishing some major remodeling so has been a bit stressful for him but hopefully will be better after it's finished.

The main thing that impressed me was the size of the rooms- MUCH roomier that the others I saw. Also a nice common area and courtyard. I would say they are a good place to be. The staff and nurses are attentive and approachable. There are many activities and the staff encourages residents to join in. We entered Symphony Manor in the middle of COVID and while I was impressed on our tour, I was rather unhappy with the way things were playing out. Little communication, never saw anyone, the doctor was unreachable and ordered things I did not understand. I was seriously considering moving my brother-in-law. However, in the last couple of months there has been a complete change of staff - directors, financial , nursing - they held a meeting and introduced everyone - new doctor as well!! Totally different - positive attitude, I feel heard.

I toured Symphony first, then took my aunt to tour it again. We were leaning towards, it but then I saw [community name removed]. I thought I had a good meeting at the community we chose. It was also the fact they'd been around for 30 years, whereas I didn't know much about Symphony Manor. Someone I spoke to gave me negative feedback on Symphony as well. When I went on the tour for myself I had no negative feedback. The aesthetic here was much nicer though. With these facilities its very hard to tell until you're actually in there and spend time there. Judging by the tour, it doesn't give you enough insight as to what's going to go on when you get there.

I highly recommend Symphony manor. The staff and admissions director made this incredibly hard decision to move my parents from their home so much easier than I anticipated. [name removed] worked with us every step of the way. [name removed] the Community Director is very helpful and caring

Symphony Manor of Feasterville gave us a really great tour. The facility itself was clean and the residents were extremely friendly towards us. It would have been a great fit for my loved one but we just found that we liked another facility we looked at just a little bit more. This seemed like a great place though.

The director will work with you for visitation during covid. The community is neat and clean and is the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved one has received such top notch care from the staf they are always showing concerns. Every time we speak with our loved one he just raves about the place. The food is night and day compared to the previous community, it is such a difference it is really great. The Coral Landing has such a homey environment.

Beautiful community offering Memory Support and Assistant Living. Spacious apartments close to parks, churches, casino, restaurants, etc. So much is close by making this location prime. The staff are caring, well trained professionals. Nursing is their 24/7. The culinary staff offer delicious choices daily which are all from scratch cooking. The grounds are beautiful. Each apartment offers spectacular views. This community is a gem. The activities staff are busy keeping all the residents engaged and having fun!

We have been very happy at Hearthstone so far. I would recommend Hearthstone. They have a variety of room sizes. The staff is there to help and support my dad. My dad likes the food. They are now with the virus all eating in their rooms, my dad misses the socialization of being in the dining room with the friends he has made at Hearthstone.

This community has a warm atmosphere with caring staff with 24 hour nursing and aides! The activity schedule is well thought out and engages everyone! The dining team is attentive and excited to serve the wonderful cuisine prepared by the chef.

We have been very happy having her mother at Symphony Manor. She has made a number of friends in this building and the care she received is fantastic! We live close to this building so we visit frequently and my mom is always happy and clean, this was very important to us. Place smells good and it’s clean and it’s a beautiful community. If we have a question the nurse always gets back with us quickly. I would definitely recommend this beautiful community.

This facility is nonprofit, but it is well kept and undergoing renovations to rooms and common areas. The main building is mixed IL and AL. Across the street is another building for residents who need more care. I liked how the main building had a library and several outdoor spaces for nice weather. Plus some rooms have an attached patio. [Name removed] gave us a lengthy tour and I feel like she really enjoys working there. I got that sense from other employees too. There is no community fee. Care is priced in levels and goes by the point system as other places use. Many couples live here too. We are interested in a studio room. It was a decent size. Same for the closet. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator.

The room size is great. I enjoyed the residents who were sitting in the main lobby, listening to the pianist and looking forward to their afternoon pizza party.

This is a great comment for the care for my mom.I like the staff who are caring and friendly. The community. is clean and we like the menu of healthy meals that are available. I like knowing that my mom is allowed to walk the entire community. We would highly recommend that families tour this community for the care and the good value for a loved one.

After having a tour and seeing the community we wanted to go there. We loved it. The community would have been closer but they did accept us.

Well, we would rate Symphony Manor excellent because this is the facility we chose for our father. Some of the other facilities we toured were in very close contention as we made our choice. Symphony Manor just had that something extra that put it over-the-top. I'm glad we acted when we did. The nine vacancies they had soon filled up. We were lucky. Obviously many other people thought the same as we did.

Everyone was very friendly during our tour and bent over backwards to answer our questions. They knew all their residents by name and were very welcoming. The reason we didn't chose Hearthstone is the style of the apartment was what we were looking for.

My mother had since a good respite stay experience here at this community, that she has now moved here permanently. It is a very nice place, and I know she is safe, and in good hands. She being provided with great care,and I'am satisfied. The staff is great, they are taking very good care of her, and her needs. Everything has worked out very well for us here, and I would recommend this community.
