I am happy with the care for my parents. The meals are good for my parents and the community is kept clean. They have activities available. There seems to have been a communication issue in the beginning because they did not have a table assigned for my parents and housekeeping took awhile. Overall I am happy.

My husband stayed at Symphony Manor for one week in respite care. It was a very pleasant experience. The facility is lovely and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider leaving him there again. My only issue was that he had not been shaved for several days and that was something I specifically mentioned when he was admitted. He said he had a nice time and that he enjoyed the food.

Like remodeled apartments. Older apartments not as appealing. Construction being completed on facility. Will visit once construction is done

Overall our experience with Symphony Manor has been a good one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seem friendly and helpful. If they were going to improve something I'd like to see a few more people on staff and maybe a few more activities for the memory care patients, but otherwise it is a nice place overall.

Everybody seems helpful. The residents seem to be happy and the staff is helpful. I really have no issues with The Harbor Court. We did a lot of checking and it seems like a good value, so that is why we put her there.

I think they communicate with the patients very well. The only thing I would say they need to improve possibly is the communication between the doctors and the patients and family.

I had a very great experience at Symphony Manor of Feasterville. The nursing is great. Anything that we needed was taken care of. It wasn't perfect but nothing is. Overall the experience here was good.

I think they have some staff that are not as attentive to the needs of the residents as they should be. There have been other times where some of the residents that were confined to wheelchairs were just sitting in the hallway for extended periods of time. There are certain staff members that are excellent. Nursing is fine. Administration is fine. It seems to be the caregivers (some not all) that are not so attentive. I have gone to visit in the evenings and some of the caregivers were just sitting there on their cellphones doing nothing.

The Waterford at RIchmond Heights is a good place, I think its a really nice facility Kimberly who I believe runs it is very nice and always willing to help and Victoria she does the touring she is really nice and helpful as well when she is doing the tours.

They did a good job of helping me get my mom in there, because we had to quickly move her in. The only down thing I don't like is, the nurses are wonderful, but communication takes a little longer than I would like. Other than that everyone was very friendly.

Harbor Court programs, rooms and employees are top notch. There are some, however, who choose to text on their cell phones while attending to some of the residents instead of paying attention to bathing them. The food is generally good tasting, but sometimes arrives cold. All in all it's a great place to live.

I wish the staff would check on mom a little more often at The Woodlands of Middletown. They aren't quite as consistent as I would like to see them being. Some staff on the first shift will be better and then you get new staff coming in that aren't quite as thorough. They do offer a pretty good amount of activities there however I would like to see more offered on the weekends. Overall I am pleased with this facility.

Symphony Manor is a very nice place, overall! The staff here are all very friendly and very kind, and obviously genuinely care about the people that they take care of. The facility is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to offer the residents!

The Harbor Court is a nice community. The staff is very friendly. They are taking great care of my dad. The staff is very attentive in trying to address any concerns. I think they are really doing the best they can do for them. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. It is very clean inside. I never see any mess here. Everyone is nice. I would recommend The Harbor Court. It has been a good experience.

Overall our experience with Symphony Manor has been a good one, although there are a few areas they could stand to work on. The staff here are very friendly, and the facility itself is very high quality. It's a real "Wow!" moment when you walk in, everything from the common areas and dining room, to the apartments themselves, all seem like a fancy hotel. The problem we've had here is the quality of the care itself. I think they could use a few more people on staff. But overall it is a nice place, and worth a look if you're looking into care in the area.

I don't think they engage the memory care patients quite enough. That is one area for improvement that I can think of. Other than that, it has been a really very good experience. It is a very nice facility with very kind, helpful, caring, compassionate, and capable staff.

My aunt lives there and I think she is okay with it. I am no where near to this location, but I have spoken to some of the employees there and I think they are really friendly.

Love The Woodlands of Middletown. This is the perfect place for my loved one. The staff is fantastic, very open and friendly. I love the setting of the Woodlands in a family friendly neighborhood. The apartments are roomy and accommodating. There is a daycare across the street and the children come to The Woodlands for Halloween in costumes and also at Christmas to sing songs. There is music every week, Devotions daily, and other weekly activities. The facility itself is immaculate and cheery. My loved one likes the food and the staff. There is a nice smoking area with rocking chairs and heaters and is partially enclosed. The staff checks on residents every two hours 24 hrs/day. Feeling very blessed we found The Woodlands.

Rather new price was not too bad would have been second choice also location not to far from home
