My dad was in hospice at Harmony at Harpeth Hills, and although his time there was short, the care he received was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly kind—not only to him, but to our entire family during such a difficult time. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care brought us so much comfort in his final days. We are deeply grateful for the love and support they showed us, and we will always remember how special they made that time. God bless the team at Harmony at Harpeth Hills.

[name removed] the Executive Director is great to work with. The staff is very nice. I love that there is always someone in the living room any time the residents are there (memory care). The building is nice and welcoming. The activities director seems to love her job. My mom has only been there for a few months and she really likes it. Last year they came under new management and they seems to be doing a good job.

This staff provides wonderful care and they are very kind and empathetic. They also communicate very well with family if there are any issues they are seeing with our loved ones and are very attentive to their needs.

Staff were kind and caring. Room size adequate. Meals were good.

The Harpeth at Harmony Hills is such a wonderful community. It is on the smaller side which is a nice accommodation for your loved ones. I appreciate the welcoming environment. The staff and management were very accommodating to me upon my first visit.

It didn't feel like a hospital or an institution. There was music playing and the residents had free rein of the Facility. They were not confined and it just felt right. I also liked the monthly support group and the family get togethers.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and community at The Harpeth. Every time I visit my mother is cheerful. From what I see the staff makes sure her needs are met and she is engaged with the community. I have no complaints.

Silverado was expensive, but totally worth it. Everything would receive a 5 even the cost. Everything is included even group therapy for the family. We just had to bring our loved one and all his clothes. Silverado is a lovely place all together with lovely people and activities. They took great care of my dad and us.

We have had an excellent experience with my Mom’s care at Symphony. The staff from top to bottom is caring, informative and I truly believe they love and are passionate about caring for the elderly in new stages of life. They listen to my concerns and communicate very effectively what they see with my Mom. The workers and residents seem happy to be where they are and it has been a blessing for our family knowing my Mom is taken care of!

My parents have been very pleased with the care they have received at Symphony, including daily nurse checks by LPNs and bathing & dressing assistance for my mom. The facility is clean, bright colors, attractive and quiet facility. Attentive and caring staff. Activities have been minimal these first two years which works well for people who prefer a quiet space. And they have picked up recently with a new director. We would highly recommend Symphony Assisted living to other families.

Symphony Senior Living is a lovely facility inside and out. The rooms are nice. The grounds are clean. The courtyard is sunny and beautiful landscaped. The caregivers are attentive, the Activity Director is always coming up with fun ideas, and there’s 24 hour nursing, which is a huge plus… and the food is good! The former facility, where my mom lived, did not have nighttime nursing, and it was a huge concern for my family. And on top of all of this, Symphony senior living is affordable! I highly recommend Symphony!

My mom passed in [date removed] but I have nothing but great things to say about Silverado. Staff treat your loved one like family! They go the extra mile to care for your family member like adding bows to their hair that match their outfits. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. They love their patients.

I never give perfect scores, but this one is deserved. Wonderful team, expensive but worth the money. They do a tremendous job. They visited mom in the hospital the last days. Not just once.

Staff and leadership are transparent and very accessible. Willing to answer any question and support the decision makers during this difficult time. The facility is very clean and kept in great condition. Communication with the family is excellent. They are responsive and very professional and supportive. The move in process was easy, great support from facility and everything was ready in the room, as promised. They make it as close to home as possible. Food quantity is great. Thoughtful and well planned meals. They are accommodating to family visiting and joining meal time. The family dining area for visitors is very thoughtful. I would 100% recommend this facility to others. The administration and staff are top notch.

I would definitely recommend them. The staff is very caring and we felt like they were family. The facility is nice, clean and beautiful. My loved one thought he was at a nice hotel. They matched him with some other gentlemen with similar interests and he really enjoyed visiting with the other residents.

It is without reservation that I recommend Silverado of Overland Park, KS as a home for your loved one with dimentia or Alzheimer's. My mother has been a resident there for 25 months. She is loved by both fellow residents and staff. My husband and I visited several elder housing locations before we chose Silverado. We were impressed by the cleanliness, personal care, staff, and daily schedules. Each resident is given their specific medications, provided three well balanced health meals per day in addition to snacks provided whenever they want them or at least twice each day. Holidays and birthdays are celebrated, laundry is done, and each resident has a caregiver assigned to him/her. I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.

All staff are very friendly and open. Housekeeping is good. The move in process was smooth. The meals are great! I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

This place was absolutely wonderful and took very good care of my stepdad during his last week of life. The nurses, especially [name removed], took the best care of him around the clock. The rooms were individual and warm. The food was lovely and plentiful. We were able to stay overnight and order pizza if we wanted. The staff were all kind, caring, and accommodating. I would give them ten stars for what they have done for my stepdad and my family.
