I think they should know there are a lot of activities for their family members to participate in and the staff truly cares for all of the residents. I would recommend

It is Independent living so some of your items don't apply. The main area is very well kept. Our hallways are open air at the ends and occasionally leaves get in but are gone in a day or two. I have enjoyed our stay here. All appliances belong to The Reserve and, if they break, are repaired quickly.

Kind and patient, very informative, helpful information. The facility is clean and attractive. Bathrooms are open and well made for ease of use.

Even though, was just a little too expensive, based on levels of care , the tour was exceptional. [name removed] was helpful and tried to make it work financially. The facility looked wonderful and residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. When touring the floors, many of the residents had their doors open, making it seem dorm-like. Wish it could have worked for my Dad.

Very informative. All questions answered. Never felt like we had to be in a hurry. The administrator was easy to talk with and gave us a nice tour.

The nursing care could be a little better. Not enough communication. So you need to keep on top of it. Especially their meds.

They were very welcoming a soft place for my father to land after a rough transition in his life. The driver was exceptional and accommodating. My dad really appreciated the staff that helped him with his laundry and also the person that cleaned his room. Our family also appreciated being able to stay in an extra room there to help my dad get settled.

Excellent. Mom's very happy and the food is delicious which I didn't expect.

Staff members know our names and greet us by them. 3 meals a day. And the kitchen staff is quite flexible In terms of modifications. The facility is compact , and so it is not difficult to get from one place to another

Staff were warm and inviting. They asked a lot of questions about my family member, which made me feel like they were really getting to know her. I love how clean and brightly lit the facility is. The rooms are a little small but in all honesty, a lot of room is not needed. They did not make me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions. When I arrived, the residents were doing an activity which supported the statement of "structured day". Im very impressed.

Searched and Found the Best Facility Here at Laurel Pointe. There is not anything they could do to make it Better! Mother is treated beyond expectations, the entire staff goes above & beyond, and it is greatly appreciated. I can sleep at night and not have to be in a state of worry, the care she receives and the amount of money cannot be matched anywhere! Thanks!!.

The staff is caring. The food is good. The apartment room meets my needs. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are currently searching for a place.

Community director [name removed] is a delight. We liked how easily and readily he interacted with the residents. The apartments were bright and had the largest closets of any community we have so far visited.

I’m here at Barrington Terrace my first 90 days and I wanted to share that I think it’s going pretty well! I’ve made a bunch of friends pretty quickly. I even have a new lady in my life that I met here at my new place. It’s nice to see other couples are here too. They keep us pretty busy and I don’t have any complaints. Food is real good too! One day last week, I misplaced my wallet. Thank you [name removed], she involved many managers and they found it! It turns out it was in the right place right where it should’ve been. My son went to a lot of spots working hard to find me the right place to live with the right kind of people to help me out with the things I need and the right kind of friends. I’m thankful he found me my new home!

I enjoy living here at Oak Hill Terrace! The people here are so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the activities. The food is good, just like eating at a restaurant. Our apartment is spacious, it truly feels like home.
