Burr Ridge Senior Living location is near my hospital, dialysis and doctors. Shopping is close by. Walgreens, and convenience stores are next door. My roomy, independent cottage, with a soothing fireplace, large windows, and lovely kitchen, is surrounded by nature and wetlands. It provides me privacy and serenity. My mornings are full of sunshine. I watch birds and wildlife including deer. Occasionally a pack of coyotes provide an evening concert, from adult song to sweet puppy yaps. My indoor cats came with me. They enjoy my screened sun porch. The grounds and main building are tasteful, including a fireplace, and enclosed garden patios. Sidewalks with resting benches encircle the property and I enjoy walking them. I feel safe here. Folks are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I can relax and am accepted. I have not participated in activities but I'm welcome. Last, but not least, I like the food! The kitchen staff know my needs and meals are tasty and sufficient.

The staff was very caring. I really liked the activities that they did in memory care. They made sure to include every person in the activities. They took those that could travel out to activities like bowling, restaurants and museums. The director took suggestions for food from families and instituted changes based on suggestions.

My mother has been living at Silver Glen for 2-1/2 years first in Independent Living and more recently in Assisted Living. Our experience has been very positive and we’ve found the facility and the staff to have met our expectations and have delivered a safe and supportive environment. My mother has been able to engage with other residents on her terms and seems very happy with her stay here. We have experience with several other providers from our other parents and know there can be a wide range of quality in senior living. This is a newer facility, fairly well run, and meets our needs very nicely. I give it high marks.

I toured with my friend. Lincoln Meadows was a very nice facility - very homey and comfortable. The remodeled units were very nice. Rebecca was a great tour guide. My friend liked Lincoln Meadows a lot. Not sure when/if she will be willing to make the decision. She has a difficult time with change and admitting she needs something different than her current circumstances. The people there were very nice, and I was encouraged how my friend interacted with the residents.

The staff was very caring and welcoming. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and the food was good as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Facility was recently remodeled. It has two restaurants with a nice menu. The rooms are bigger than other facilities I've toured and the prices are reasonable. The staff is great and people are friendl.

Cafe food is good but gets repetitive and can lose interest Purge your belongings! You don't need a lot of stuff - it's not a house! I would recommend to others

My father was a resident of the assisted living at Burr Ridge Senior Living for over 14 months before his passing. The staff was exceptional in his care with compassion and dignity shown right up until his final days. They treated him as a family member and the sadness displayed when he passed confirmed how much they completely loved him. The staff even cared and supported deeply for me in those last days. I still receive "just checking in" texts from them to this day. The facility is well maintained with beautiful updated amenities both in the apartment and common areas. I have referred several friends, with great confidence, to this facility.

A very nice place! The staff was very friendly and the residents I met seemed happy to be there. The place was buzzing with people and activity. The restaurants were clean and spacious. And many areas around to hang out in. The apartment was roomy and definitely had possibilities. We rented!!

Homey and comfortable feeling upon entering and throughout the visit. Questions answered, patience, and attention to needs and questions resolved openly and honestly. Exceptional follow-up and comments helped us address the difficulties we're experiencing with our relative for whom we are seeking placement. Replied with comments about him being on target with what we are facing. We are extremely pleased and are continuing our interest in placement at Southview. Thank you.

Both of my parents moved to Palos Senior Living in 2021. Dad was 90 and somewhat less social than Mom at 89. Their independent living apartment was clean, comfortable and plenty spacious for the 2 of them. . Mom took advantage and thoroughly enjoyed every activity offered while Dad was content to work a puzzle, often with other residents, in one of the common areas on their floor. I honestly never heard a complaint about the food or dining service and they would comment that if the featured entree wasn’t their favorite, there were plenty of alternatives. We as a family could tell how pleased they were with their decision to move there. I personally can’t say enough about the caring staff and the constant professionalism they showed every day!!

Clean, respectful, friendly. A safe place to live. Resturant good. They offer many activities and are conducive to individuals making friends. I Get a good feeling being here. Also, recently offered point system fo r meals.Great idea!

Very neat and clean place with a lot of wonderful activities. Food is great. You can aways find something to do or just relax and visit. My husband and I have met a lot of wonderful people and made a lot of new friends.

Best decision I could have made. One thing I truly admire here is the beautiful sense of community, where assisted living and independent living residents come together to share meals and activities, fostering a spirit of inclusivity found in few places. The staff radiates kindness and compassion, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Current residents generously extend their time and support to newcomers, helping them navigate their new home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, filled with residents who genuinely care for one another. Moreover, the activities and outings are not just enjoyable; they are vibrant celebrations of life and connection.

I just had a tour this week for my Aunt with[Name Removed], and I have to say I am very impressed with this facility. The staff were welcoming, the residents all seemed very happy, the food looked really good (so important!), and the facility was spotless. Lovely place, and no hard sell. I'd be very happy to bring my family member here based upon my visit

The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful. Constant activities and outings. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Staff is professional but very friendly and kind. When my father passed they made everything very easy. They truly did a wonderful job with my father. He was 101 when he passed and everyone that worked with him took the time to listen to him and hear his stories. Everyone that visited him commented on how nice the facility was and how kind the staff was. At the end they always treated my father with respect and dignity.

It was the spotless and neat atmosphere first, then the small size of the memory care area. There was and is the caring of the staff and activities provided that makes me feel I made the best choice. The director, [name removed] is wonderful in her care for residents and me.

We would give 5 stars for sure. The staff has been amazing to work with and our Father-in-Law loves the staff and the food there. He actually raves about the staff. Everyone has been the best. We couldn't be happier with our choice.
