My father and mother were searching for a place to move where my mother can receive end-of-life hospice care, while living with my father who requires assisted living care. West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care has been a fantastic solution to our needs. Everyone from admissions, nursing, food services, housekeeping, management, etc. have been so welcoming and friendly. The medical/nursing aids have been absolutely fantastic and the care provided to both of my parents has been so caring, patient, and professional. This has been very emotionally difficult for myself and our family. We came in like a storm, but were received with loving professionalism. Management is easy to communicate with and challenges are met with a welcome resolve to reach the appropriate solutions. I feel so comfortable knowing my parents are in the care of such a loving and professional care community.

I really like the people - the residents and the staff. I would most definitely recommend the community to others who are currently searching.

The only reason I treated a 4 is they have had staffing issues with the kitchen that has affected food quality. Those issues seem to have been worked out, but time will tell. Some issues getting access to the van for appointments. Otherwise all care has been excellent.

Staff is very approachable. Cost. Ability to do insulin shots. I wish they did more activities for their memory care residents outside the facility (field trips)

We were very fortunate they had an opening on the memory care unit when needing placement for my dad as there is currently a waiting list! Being a nurse I have had the experience of visiting/working in various assisted cared facilities. Mountain Park Memory unit is absolutely amazing. The staff treat my dad like family and my mom and I feel confident he is getting the best care possible second to being a home (which sadly was no longer an option).

This community is the nicest facility! that includes independent, assisted, and memory care we have toured! Truly a peaceful and vibrant community at the same time. The director of this community gave us very comprehensive information and answered all of our questions and our overall impression was that he has a true caregivers heart, as he was upbeat with a smile, kind and compassionate to everyone he met in the community and to us because we are still in the process of accepting we have to make a lifestyle choice decision in the near future and we’re pleased to find a wonderful option for us! I really commend the director for representing the Enclave at Anthem so well as he intimated to us this community is his extended family. The residents are fortunate to have someone of his seemingly innate ability to connect to people with both emotional intelligence and presentation of the practical-financial piece decision making. The memory care section is exemplary…very beautiful and serene.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this assisted living facility, and I left truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed to support both comfort and independence. The staff stood out immediately—they were kind, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the residents. It was clear that relationships matter here. I observed staff members interacting with residents in a respectful and caring way, taking time to listen and respond to individual needs. The facility itself is well-maintained, with inviting common areas and a calm, positive atmosphere. Residents appeared comfortable and involved, and there were a variety of activities available that promote both social connection and overall well-being. What impressed me most was the sense of community. This is not just a place where people live—it’s a place where they are known, valued, and supported.

It is a nice place and current staff is helpful. But until they get their new management in place I wouldn't recommend it. I was assured my dad would never be kicked out even if he went on Medicaid when I signed the original contract. At a meeting with Spectrum I was told there are only so many available rooms for Medicaid vouchers and if they were all filled my dad would have to leave the facility. After their 2 year private pay rules.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions and accept us. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, inside and out. The resources offered are plentiful and meet the needs of our family.

My dad is off of Hospice now. He is thriving there. They have the church come and see my dad every Sunday and the communication between me and the staff has been great. They help me from the beginning they gave me a number for a mover that worked out excellent then when I needed help with the wheelchair, they got one. the communication with finance and was wonderful they explained everything when we signed up. Therapy nursing staff have been wonderful there are three levels there there's an LVN a med tech, and a caregiver and every one of them has spoken to me and talk to me about issues from how his bed. I feel comfortable and confident, and they have relieved my stress of worrying about my dad with a nursing staff communication with me. I am very grateful to this move.

We chose this facility largely because of [name removed], and I’m very grateful we did. She went above and beyond to help us, including finding additional financial support through a veterans’ spousal benefit. She was consistently kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff overall were warm and supportive. The nursing team was friendly, and the front desk staff were especially welcoming and patient—particularly with my mom when she had occasional difficulties. Billing was also helpful when we needed assistance. The food was good, and my mom truly enjoyed her time there. Although her stay was short and she has since passed, I’m thankful she was in a place where she felt comfortable and cared for. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of assisted living. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to an issue with the alert necklace—it didn’t work when it was needed because the battery had died. Thankfully, everything turned out okay, but it’s something that could be improved. Overall, a positive experience, and I’m grateful for the care my mom received.

The facility was great. We were given a thorough tour and had all of our questions answered. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff is amazing and friendly. Had a little problems the first month mom was there. About getting her medications correct. All is in order and Joan is doing well. She has one of the larger rooms and it is great. Cleaning ?? is good. Food is very delicious.

The place was like new with lots of amenities. The staff seemed really firendly. We really liked the place over all and did not choose to stay there only based on the cost with our needs being the highest care required, which put it out of our price range.

Very nice facility! Friendly people, clean, sunny, full of life. All questions answered honestly and openly. It was a joy to visit this facility!

Our Mother was a resident in the Memory Care unit. From the moment she arrived the Team made sure that she was comfortable and made her feel welcome. The staff is just so caring and supportive of all the residents. We were always made aware of changes or anything that she needed. Aksel always responded to our questions. We highly recommend Westbrook and Memory Care who are looking for an amazing staff!

This is a very well kept, clean and beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents appeared to be very content happy, and involved in many activities.

I think it's overall excellent, I'm very impressed with all the staff however my dad gets very frustrated with the caregivers. Not the medical staff but the caregivers – he says it's hard to communicate with them and he doesn't feel like they really listen to his needs but I think that's more his problem than theirs. And since my dad is limited to a wheelchair most of the time and they don't have an ADA accessible room that's frustrating for him.
