Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and everything has been good . As people get older they do complain but as the family member I have been pleased with the care and as time passes my cousin has become more involved and taking advantage of all the things that are available.

Facity and staff were very nice. It was clean. Cafeteria had good food choices. It has amenities that we hope fit my parents' needs.

Food and strict medical issues due to allergies & long time Autoimmune illness non contagious, and Chef has met with me and makes sure my foods are not compromised like cross contamination of shellfish cooking and preparation. The Staff of Concierge are respectful and trustworthy and intelligent. The cleaning staff is most supportive and efficient to my antiques. Entertainment is superior and so are workshops of Art and Lectures. all 5 stars after being here a full year!

I like just how friendly everyone is and the food they serve is great. The activities that are offered are great and I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Food great staff unfriendly and not welcoming. Sales do not meet the expectations we had very disappointing

We had a couple of things the maintenance staff needed to attend to. After reporting/requesting it of the front office, the maintenance people were there, sometimes the same day or at least the very next day

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, with my grandfather and my family. Many of them knew me by my first name and would inquire about my family My grandfather was very social and enjoyed talking with people. The team always took the time to talk with him, sometimes coming to his apartment When he was in a rehabilitation center many staff called me to make sure he was ok, some even went to visit him while he was away I feel the team members consistently went above and beyond what their role was

My father has been a resident at Arbor Terrace-Woodbridge for the past year and the caregivers here are incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of the patients. They go above and beyond expectations. He resided in both the Bridges Community and the Memory Care Community and both provided personalized, around-the-clock care for my dad. They were wonderful to work with and kept me up to date on his health and needs. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well maintained and administration was very responsive to our family's needs. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Woodbridge for elder care for your loved ones.

The Staff is wonderful, from the front desk, to the maintenance and cleaning personnel, to the Nurses and the Admin staff. All have been very helpful for my Mom and Dad. The place is clean, fresh and spacious throughout the Facility. My parent's apartment is Fantastic. It's a (2) Bedroom, (2) Bath on the 1st floor with a Large Courtyard out their back door and a covered Veranda out of their front door. They are both very happy and we all love the fact that they are now only 10min away from us.

This is a fun and friendly community with a lot of long tenured staff and lots of special events and weekly activities to keep your mind and body active, make new friends and get involved in service projects and live game shows!

It was a wonderful experience!! Will probably need to bring my Mom to visit when ready. We are just getting prepared.

[name removed] was very helpful. She answered all our questions and provided info that we didn’t know we needed. The wall of workers who have been there more than 3 years and the longevity of upper mgmt was impressive.

Nice friendly staff and residents. Large well appointed appartments. Clean & bed change bi- weekly. Many groups with different activities. I'm happy to be here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility itself was home like and clean. I would recommend to anyone.

A very important factor is that the food is excellent. This was really important to our father as where he was in South Carolina was subpar. The facility is also very clean and nicely decorated. The staff are attentive and check on him frequently. His little studio apartment is very nice with a big window that lets in lots of sunshine on a large bathroom with an easy access shower. He loves having his own little kitchenette, even though there's no stove he can make his own coffee and microwave and there is a fridge.

As soon as you walk in the front door, someone greats you. They're is always people around and something going on. We would very much recommend Arbor Terrace of Herndon to other families based on the experience

It's almost a year and everything is good. Nice staff, clean and happy. Being new to South Florida and being tasked with relocating my mom from NY and finding a quality facility I was overwhelmed. APFM was very helpful in locating what I feel is a perfect match

Staff and caregivers are so helpful and supportive. [community removed] stall and caregivers were major disappointments. I would recommend Summit to family and friends.

They have wonderful facilities, staff very accommodating. My Aunt just needed more hands on care. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Rooms and facilities are great.. Food is good and even better with the à la carte menu Activities on and off campus great and a good variety.
