They are sometimes short of staff, so there are times that her room may not be cleaned as scheduled. They provide ample opportunities for residents to get out in the community to shop and attend activities. The residents are friendly, and my sister has made new friends. They bring entertainment in for the residents, such as small orchestra groups or choirs. Her overall experience has been positive, as she has been able to maintain some semblance of independence while living in a safe, comfortable environment.

The staff was very welcoming. Everyone spoke and said they were glad my sister was there. The Director, Activities Director, lead concierge, 2 nurses, and others came to her room the first 2 days of her arrival to introduce themselves and give her information. This was a HUGE difference from the facility she relocated from. I would highly recommend the facility. Everyone there seems to care.

Vitality, St Matthews, as an awesome and varied activity program. If someone wants to have exercise, art, singing, or entertaining group activities, such as crosswords, jigsaw puzzles, bingo, or other family oriented activities, they are abundant. There are weekly shopping trips available for those who are in need of purchasing goods nearby. Highly qualified ortho and physical. Therapist are available in-house as well as qualified nursing.

CAnnot comment on the activities, did not use. I didn't live in Vitality Living. My husband was there for a month of respite care. I was impressed with the health care which my husband received. Hector, the head nurse, was especially attentive and noticed a problem before anyone else did and acted promptly. I was out of state and he and Avenal, the director seems to look after the residents with compassion and empathy and patience. Those were the best features I can think of. It was over a year ago and my husband died in the meantime so some of my memory is dim.

The community is kept extremely clean, they decorate for every holiday, they do lots of events that include family, and have some tenured employees that love the residents like family. My mother is in Memory Care.

I have not needed any Care Services, and have not participated yet in any Activities. Once I am settled in, I will become more active. The biggest plus with Vitality Living Baypoint Village is the staff. Within days of my arrival, most of them knew my name. They are all so friendly and ready to help you in any way possible. The food is very good, with several choices for each meal. I moved here from out-of-state, and have been very busy getting settled in, so I haven't attended any events yet, but they look like fun. Although I moved here from another state, I have a very good friend who lives nearby. This was the closest facility to her. I had taken a tour of the facility in[Date Removed], but it was short. I really hadn't fully experienced living here yet, but the tour did have a positive feel to it. I would definitely recommend this facility. I had tried a facility in another state, but it didn't go well. This facility seems to be the perfect fit for me. I am home.

My tour with[Name Removed] was great. For me, touring facilities for her next phase of care is emotional. So, I truly appreciated just how was caring and kind. The facility itself is really nice and smells incredible. I would encourage anyone in the area looking for a place for their loved one to consider the Landmark.

Appletree Court looks like a nice place. The property seemed well cared for and clean. The staff was friendly.

I would rate Vitality of five in all areas except for some billing discrepancies. We are working on that right now, but they are slow moving, but the place is very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food and the dining room room has been awesome my mom's enjoying all the activities they have. And she has a one bedroom apartment and it is a perfect size for her.

The overall care my mother has received has been amazing. She loves the food. Although there has been turnover in staff, they are very quick to any needs she has. It was on the lower side as far as cost for what she needs. It is a nice, quiet place.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of everyone that I met. The facilities are very nice and clean and the people that I met seemed to really like living there. I also liked the nearness to all the shopping in Brooksville - if they don't have what I want in one of the stores there, I really don't need it.

Care staff is amazing as is the dining staff. The facility is always kept clean as well as the apartments. Retention of staff however is a challenge.

They truly care about the residents living there. I would recommend. My mother-in- law wasn't there quite a month. ( She moved to heaven!) The staff treated her and our family like we had been there for years. So kind, so compassionate, so patient. They helped us through a difficult time.

Feels like a resort. Deluxe studio and one bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartment ample space for single person or couple. Lots of planned activities every day. Transportation to doctor appointments and shopping within a 15 mile radius included in monthly rental. Three meals a day included in monthly rent. Launder of bed linens and towels included in monthly rental.

Most staff is always helpful, they learned what each resident likes, Food wise and activity wise. They made sure they attended when they could. Food is the best, we have family in other assisted living facilities and they tell us how much better Vitality food and offering are better. We visited many facilities before selecting Vitality. The room sizes, selections, and pricing that are comparable did not come close. When I see someone touring it makes me want to tell them, this is the place! A printed list of daily activities for the month is given to residents, and family and friends are invited to seasonal events.

We've had a really rough time since the second day. My dad is in the hospital for the 5th time. My mom has been in the hospital with flu and pneumonia for a week as well. This is not the facility's fault I'm sure it's due to being placed in a large community of people. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We've had some miscommunications a few times but we are working those out. I'm used to private one on one care for them so this has been a huge change for all of us. The facility is beautiful and employees have been really good. I do think my mom is enjoying being in a community where she can sit with others instead of being at home all the time. My dad is not enjoying the situation as much but he is stubborn and won't try anything. I just experienced using the on sight clinic for my mom and they were fantastic. Over all I think we have picked the best facility we could find in the area. I would rather have them in private home care but it is too expensive.

The experience that we have had has been phenomenal the staff has been very kind and supportive during my moms stay.
