Staff and residents working together to cover some activity: Bingo, trivia, & art. (Weekly entertainers scheduled). Friday Happy hour continues with snack and drinks before entertainers & supper. Admin. staff is very willing to help residents and support staff as well. Everyone here works as a team. The director, activities director, housekeeping director, executive secretary AND cook, have all come to help w serving the meals because of the staffing shortage in that department. ( That's why they went to buffet style, 2 servers could not handle the 70 diners, even tho the residents were split into 2 different shifts. (21 tables, 3-4 per table; plus the 20+ residents who are getting their meals delivered.) It's a good place to be.
