When discussing the requirements of the residence contract, I was told they used Salibas Extended Care Pharmacy and if I didn't want to use that pharmacy, it would be an additional monthly charge of [Amount Removed](It has since gone up)\nThat is not a preferred pharmacy on his Medicare plan so we are paying more in copays, ozempic, and jardiance than we might otherwise be paying Also the facility asks me to be an intermediary when there is some issue with medication.
