She could get mad at me. \nFor activities, Assisted living aide had a lot to do. I'm not so sure mom participated in everything. She LOVED Bingo. And I mean LOVED it. She could have had more Bingo days lol! \nValue for cost is great.\nAlzheimer's and Memory care are expensive. Regardless. We didn't have a choice and thank the Lord we were blessed for her inheritance from her sister/my aunt. That allowed me to pick the facility based on facility and not cost. I visited others that were cheaper but I chose Brookdale because of the building, the staff, the warm homey feel in the building and the busy atmosphere. Not to mention the place did not smell of urine or \"old\". If you know what I mean. (No disrespect for elders). It was a warm inviting lobby when you went to visit AND the best part, the residents were so friendly and they all genuinely loved their home.\nGreat experience overall. The staff from management all the way to med techs have a deep love for their job and it shows. Very personable with all the residents.\nHighly recommend as the staff and management are like family. They are very attentive to their residents. They know them by name and they know their history.
