I am very happy here and highly recommend the community
Food is good but not great.
Main building lobby always clean as is dining room. Units are kept clean by friendly staff.
Staff generally friendly and helpful.
Cottage unit is quite spacious with lots of light.
Welcoming of pets and supportive of those who need a pet.

I was expected and welcomed. [name removed] was warm and efficient. She presented me with a bouquet of beautiful yellow roses, The Director popped in and identified herself. She responded well to my question of her responsibilities. [name removed] gave a clear explanation of the Estate, costs, the facilities and benefits. She made some good recommendations. We had a thorough tour and shown the model then at my request a studio and the 1-bedroom. My daughter and I left feeling as though w had adequate information to make a good decision for my needs.

Holiday Quail Run Estates
They have almost no activities and don't ever go anywhere. Mom is just as alone there as she was at home. Very expensive for essentially what she got at home with the exception of the meals being included.

As a permanent Residence I’m sure this rates a 5. The staff were pleasant and professional. The facility was in excellent condition and well appointed. Rooms were more than adequate. I’m only disappointed that they require 30 days for any respite stay. At this time I require shorter stays.
Would not hesitate to consider Quail Run for placement for my husband.

Beware
Location good looks good tenants great but afraid to make complaints housekeeping very poor here 10 months supposedly weekly have only gotten 10 of 44 and pay in monthly rent dinning room poor quality and quantity pay in rent transportation months without driver included in rent maintenance repairs poor and not timely in fixing false fire alarms very poor management and staff is at minimum and overworked making them unhappy. Let me know if you need anything else from me but I would not recommend this place to anyone

A newcomers review
The people here both employees and residents really try hard to do a good job in making a new comer feel welcome.
The 1 bedroom apartment is ample in size so comfortable and I have double window in bedroom and a single in Living Room so will be nice for ventilation when we get fully into spring weather. Laundry machines are very good sized so work well. I like the life in my apt very nicely.
I get plenty of steps and I climb 3 flights of stairs very much to get near my apt. ok for exercise

Home is a Place to Feel Safe
Light housekeeping is promised but rarely happens. Staff is great, warm and friendly and they encourage joining in with various activities. Inviting, safe, comfortable and the living units are beautiful

Overall a nice community
The apartment was clean and the staff is great. My mom says the food is good too (she has gained some weight as proof)! She has made some friends too. Not as lonely as before when she lived in her house by herself. She enjoys when they bring in Live music!! My mom has dementia so the interaction with other people is priceless.

Our families experience
My mom has had to move from Holiday Quail Run back in [date removed] because she needed assisted living instead of independent living so we moved her to [community name removed]. While at Holiday Quail Run she was very happy and misses the place and would still be there if not for her needing more assistance. The staff at Quail was fantastic! Holiday Quail would definitely have worked out, but because of her fall, she needed more care. I do think Holiday Quail is a better value.

Quail Run is a clean, bright friendly community that has great activities, a quality food /dining program and caring staff. The apartments are spacious with good closet space. The grounds are well kept and residents are encouraged to do activities and dine together -overall a great place for my Mom.

I toured with a friend and we were both very impressed by the Sales Manager, [name removed], who showed us around. She was very kind, caring, and explained the community and all it had to offer. She is very knowledgeable. My friend did move in this month and I am looking forward to visiting. I would suggest this community to anyone considering making a move, and ask for [name removed]!!

Review for Holiday Quail Run Estates
I would say that the staff is very nice and caring. We do not worry about our mom here because she feels safe and happy. Was a huge change for her and she is adjusting very well. We chose the Quail Run Estates because the assistant general manager, [name removed] was very helpful and informative. We appreciated her knowledge and help. The place seemed a good fit for our mother. Also, the location is close to my home and easily accessible.

Don't get me wrong, the place is nice. Sometimes the food could be better. They don't have an Activities Coordinator, so there's hardly any activities. Also, no bus driver. So if you want to go somewhere, they call you an Uber. My mother's housekeeper doesn't think she needs to clean my mother's apartment every Friday and expects her (my mother) to vacuum her own apartment. That's one of the reasons that we had picked this place, the housekeeper is supposed to clean your room once a week. They also provide towels and linens for the bed, but it has not happened yet.

Our experience at Holiday Quail Run Estates
They are currently understaffed at Holiday Quail Run Estates. They need a cook, maintenance person, Activities Director and someone to drive their van. That being said, they still seem to keep things going. For the most part, my mom is doing well being there.
