One of the reasons we chose this facility was their low employee turnover rate. They bragged about how many years many of their staff had been with them. Which is especially apparent compared to other companies. Recently, however, they had many employees suddenly disappear. Folks both Dad and I felt were key to the day to day functioning of SOR. Then it hit the administrative level, and things really went downhill. They are attempting to replace two managers (assisted and memory care) with only one person. Lots of errors and communication problems have resulted. I am still hopeful they can turn things around, so I'm reserving some judgement to give them that opportunity.
