Several wonderful staff members have left, including servers who played an important role in making the experience feel special.\n\nThe food, which was once exceptional, is now below average. The decline in quality is noticeable, and the overall atmosphere has changed. You can see it in the faces of the employees - people who were once cheerful and excited to be there now seem discouraged.\n\nI have also had significant issues with billing. My mother-in-law was overcharged by [Amount Removed], and I received no response until I escalated the matter and included upper management. Even then, instead of returning the money that had been taken from her checking account, I was told it would simply be applied as a credit the following month. That was unacceptable. The next month, the promised credit was not even reflected on the bill, and I had to follow up again before receiving a corrected statement.\n\nOverall, it feels like this community has slowly declined from the wonderful experience we originally knew into something that is now below the standard we expected. Until there is more clarity about the direction of the community and the changes being made, I would not recommend it.
