The community is just great. They have lots of activities and posted pictures on their Facebook page so we can see them enjoy the activities. They are starting to get folks out of the community and are doing driving trips around town. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

[name removed] gave me a wonderful tour of their facility. She showed me a studio that was the nicest layout that I've seen so far. She was very pleasant and answered every question that I could think of. Two thumbs up!

My mother and I were enjoying our tour at Regency Park with [name removed] when Mom experienced an unexpected health issue. The staff responded quickly and professionally to assure my Mom's safety and well-being. Fortunately, the health issue turned out to be minor. Mom had already expressed how impressed she was by the unit layout, lovely common areas (some undergoing remodeling) and variety of activities she would like to participate in. Her incident and the response of Regency Park staff cemented her decision to choose Regency Park as her future home.

[name removed] was absolutely wonderful and the virtual tour showed us rooms available plus overall community. Very nice person who represents the community well. This may be a contender.

I am thankful to live here. They take care of all our needs, and the personnel is real kind.

I am appreciative of Elmcroft. We feel secure and well taken care of. Everyone is really kind and thoughtful.

The staff is delivering meals to the resident's rooms due to the pandemic. This is worth checking out. I really enjoy it here and I think your loved one would enjoy it too.

The community communication is very good and we get a weekly covid update, They have lots of activities for the residence. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I feel the food has gone down a bit with covid but before it was good. We have been very happy with the community, I think this is a great facility and I would recommend this community to others.

I would tell others to make sure an ask a lot of questions when you are touring the facility. So far we have had a good experience, he seems to be thriving here. I would recommend to others looking.

This review is of the memory care unit at Sierra Del Sol. What stuck out to us most was everyone here was very friendly. We had a lunch around Halloween time and all the residents were handing out treats to children coming to the tables. I was able to have meals with him and they always offered 2 choices and the food was good. You could also see the food being prepared, so you knew it was fresh. It was just a very homey environment and I would highly recommend it.

the staff is awesome, I have not run into anyone who has not been amazing. The room sizes are perfect for my mom, when she was eating in the dining room she loved the food but with delivery to their room, she hasn't liked it very much. I would recommend this community.

They seem to do a very good job. I chose this because i liked that it was spacious, clean, and well organized and most things are on all on the same floor. The food seems good to me. The staff are very nice and I have always had a good experience with them. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Her accommodations seem very nice.

Received info from [name removed]. We did visit this location several years back and it is very nice. It appears the cost may be too high for my mom's budget. Will revisit the information before we visit in the fall.

Whenever I have a problem or anything, I call and they are very quick to respond. The cleaning staff is constantly cleaning and keeping the community looking nice. The staff at Cascades of Bremerton is great with communicating back and forth with me over the phone about my parent's care. If they have any questions, they call and make sure I am looped in. They are always giving the residents options for entertainment. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuing community lock down, they make sure each resident gets time outside of their rooms, walking them individually through the community itself or through the grounds. They are doing a fantastic job!

Regency Grand is a great option for your relative. My dad chose the community because he wanted to stay in West Covina area and this community was near his home. The food was great. The communication was good. However, he isn't living there anymore.

Love this place! Taking my father to lunch on Wednesday and we are very impressed with facility and staff !!!!!!!

My mom entered the Memory Care unit in July 2019. The facility is nice, the staff is very attentive. My mom loves the access to the outdoor patio and the resident cat that walks around. There is also a bird cage in the hall that brings my mom joy. It was a very difficult decision to place my mom once we came to terms with her inability to live at home.... we looked at many places but knew immediately that the Regency felt the best for her. The location works well for family to visit my mom. ?? PS- I gave 4 stars for care because my moms glasses have gone missing but they were found in a few days.
