Great in all areas - but he complains about the food being bad all the time. I would recommend the community to others.

Beautiful and friendly place. My mother loved it and is looking forward to moving in . Holly was very pleasant and answered all our questions, very professional.

I have a studio Perfect for a single.alway clean and we'll kept. I've been here just over a month and I have found nothing that doesn't deserve a top rating.

We almost became residents but my office furniture and 2nd bedroom set would not be able to fit in the same room. We now need more sq footage than the bungalow had. Staff there are very professional and a very great credit to The Point at Meridian.

The staff at Parkrose is amazing. They are friendly, responsive and go above and beyond. They food is great and my Mom even gained a few pounds! Yippee! The rooms are spacious and meet the needs of everyone with the variety of types. There are many activities to keep my Mom busy. It is an amazing place to live and stay! They keep everything well maintained and clean! A must see for all!

My sister has a two bedroom apartment. Her last ten years have been spent in a traditional apartment complex. She has mobility and vision issues. Over her last ten years she had become reclusive. Only socializing with family visits. Other than church on Sunday she did not interact with anyone. Her sister and I were very concerned about this move as she has been fearful of change and that has resulted in anxiety attacks in past moves. Now about the transition to the facility. We visited with my sister and she expressed many fears to the staff, the staff personnel affirmed her fears and helped her see mitigation strategies to help. We toured the facility and EVERYONE we met staff and residents were so very kind. My sister begin to lighten. After the move in she was introduced to her "ambassador" who helped introduce her to the facility and residents. In a very few weeks she was a different person, going to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meeting residents, she attends bingo and movie nights! She actually told me " this is a very nice place", a very extraordinary comment form my sister! The facility is very nice, she mostly likes the food who's is something, the staff is kind and efficient. But setting all of the hardware aside, my sister has simply blossomed into a new more active and happy life. I could not be more grateful! I would like to mention one individual on the staff although there are many to which I owe my thanks. [name removed] met with my sister on our first visit and gave us a tour around the facility. Her empathy for my sister and acknowledgement of her concerns I think has been the catalyst for her improvement. Again I want to thank all of the staff for this transformation!

We are very happy with Augustine Landing. My parents are happy and they have been great for them.

[name removed] and [name removed] were very welcoming and helpful in answering questions - and touring the facility. In their pricing there were six care levels - which I understand but without knowing where the price point would start it was hard to determine the final cost. It was above by level 2 above what could have been within the budget.

Positive experience. Acacia Springs provides good food, many activities, clean environment. All units are one-bedroom apartments, and they are less expensive than studios apartments at several other facilities.

It was very nice I’m considering it for my brother he has the on set of dementia. I liked it because he can move into the memory care unit as he progresses without changing facilities. It was very clean, well organized and the people there seemed very friendly.

After Dad had a stroke and was needing extra care, we visited several senior living environments. But when we arrived at The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale and met [name removed] and her team, we knew we found the right place for Dad. The spaces are clean and inviting as a cruise ship! All the people we encountered—residents and staff—are friendly and welcoming. The common areas, dining room, gym, theater, library, patio and pool, are nicely appointed and well populated with people enjoying themselves. Dad’s 1-bedroom apartment is so spacious and bright, with fresh paint and updated appliances in the full kitchen. It is also quiet, yet steps away from the multiple activities planned each day. Dad loves the food and the fact that the chef is flexible in addressing diner’s requests. And he’s right in there when blackjack or tai chi is happening or some outside excursion is planned. Our family takes great comfort in the fact that 24-hr care is available, allowing Dad to age in place. 5 stars!

In my opinion the food was ok but could be better.. the overall experience was excellent.

The Summit is wonderful. It’s like a resort with many caring competent people running it. Everyone seems very happy there.

The Highlands is a beautiful facility and we were very impressed with it. The staff was so attentive and informative. They offer so many activities for the people who live there in the memory care area, and the rooms were beautiful. It really felt like a home for the residents.

Very new, clean, and seems well managed. It has an advantage of only having room for 30 assisted living residents so it’s a very calm environment.

I’m very pleased with the experience. The two-bedroom accommodations are comfortable, and there is a good schedule of activities for residents to enjoy. The staff are very caring and attentive. The restaurant is clean and serves good-quality food, with three meals provided every day. Overall, it’s a caring and comfortable place with good amenities and services.

The staff has been very helpful and friendly Her apartment size is the largest out of all the facilities we looked at. She has no complaints about the food. They have a lot of activities for her to participate in.

My friend had a stroke and couldn't be left alone until she had PT and needed daily help...The Beach House was contacted and was on top of it immediately..doo happy to say my girlfriend got a 1 bedroom at the Naples FL location and we both couldn't be happier!!+ She will have wonderful care and She loves the Facility for Assisted living until she can go home!!! Thank you Everyone I spoke with for your quick response and help.. Everyone couldn't have been nicer!! We Appreciate You All!!!
