Very responsive to all questions. Everyone is very friendly. Always remembers names. Apartment is sunlit, clean, spacious. Facility has good activities.

5 on all questions. My sister is now there and is very happy. I've visited a few times and found the residents I've met very friendly and happy to be there. I've had a lunch and a dinner there and the food was very good & the social aspects of the dining room were excellent. I was also very pleased and impressed with the assistance provided by A Place for Mom through our contact person [name removed].

Harmony staff were great - answered all my questions and were very informative. Facilities were in good shape.

Overall great experience, even though it is a business people care, [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] have been accommodating and truly listen to your needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The tour was very thorough over the facility and I was able to see the potential room for mom as well as physical therapy, dinning room, and other social areas. [name removed] was very informative and able to answer my questions. Received very helpful information.

They are all 5s! It is a great place for her! The staff is amazing! It is extremely clean and they provide a large variety of activities.

Staff was engaged with us during the entire process. Answered all our questions and provided tips for the initial adjustment period. All the staff dealing with the residents, treated them with care and dignity. Very impressive facility!

Active, friendly and NICE! My mother would have enjoyed it there. We found a place closer to our home.

I would definitely recommend! ALL the employees are so nice and helpful. The residents appear to be very happy too. The décor and furniture is nice and doesn't look cheap. It doesn't smell like a nursing home. My mother had adjusted within a week of moving in solely from people inviting her to activities (which there is a lot of!)

This was our third of 4 tours. The tour leader, Zandra, was exceptional. She took time and interest in our initial conversation. She gave thought to our needs and came up with a perfect solution. We have subsequently taken that apt. She has been Very accessible for several meetings. She has given us space to explore the building until we feel so comfortable with our decision. They are lucky to have her...this is an emotional time for families.

Harmony presently has a caring staff making connections with my wife. She has not communicated with anyone for about 7 years only reacting with facial cues to let me know her current emotional moment with a smile or a frown. The staff has picked on that connection, encouraging her response through conversation and music.

If cost wasn't a factor, this would be my first choice. Everything else was great- staff enthusiasm, cleanliness, and room size.

The staff is fantastic... Haven't had too much interaction with the Care Crew, but they still know me and acknowledge me when I see them in the hallway... The concierge desk is excellent... Activities are abundant; they put out a printed schedule every month... The dining facilities have improved over the past few months... Those in the Personal Care Unit get 3 meals per day... There is no stove or dishwasher in the kitchen, however, there is plenty of cupboard space for food stuffs and/snacks, etc. There is a full sized refrigerator... The dining room provides everything of need for the resident... (including help to go to dinner) Those in the Independent Living Section get 1 meal per day... I have a full service kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher... The stove is electric... There is a full sized refrigerator and closet sized pantry... Additionally there is plenty of cupboard space for dishes and appliances... I have been providing for myself. That way I get the meals I am use to... But I can go to the dining hall if I desire... The building is kept clean and in good repair... I get my apartment cleaned once per week... Doesn't cost extra... Harmony pays for water, electricity, and trash... The maintenance crew is above reproach...

It's not any particular one reason, but a variety of reasons. My dad is in memory care, and although he has all the idiosyncrasies of a dementia patient, his physical health has improved since he has moved into Harmony. His room is clean, his clothes are clean, and I can see he is self motivated to eat the meals being served. Also, while visiting, a staff member came in to check and change his adult briefs. He likes to participate in the Sunday services. The staff is friendly and they are proactive about his wellbeing.

It has been the best experience! The Community Leadership Team is so organized. They are a well oiled machine and easy to work with in my opinion. They are all upbeat passionate people who work well together in making the move seamless. Moving my Dad from the hospital to Harmony at Tucker Station could have been overwhelming but with them it was an easy process. They were there to guide and support us. The nurses and caregivers on staff are very attentive and communicate to us anything we need to know and are open to questions and give us updates when we are visiting. I have worked with the nurse practitioner who is there twice a week to go over all of my dad's meds. She answered my questions and concerns with solutions. His level of medical care there is so much better than his former doctor at home. She helped get his medications streamlined for his health issues. My dad seems content. He enjoys the food and eats well and seems to be happy to be a part of the community. He is in memory care and his "apartment" as they call it is great. We have fixed it up cozy with all his comforts from home although he prefers to be out amongst everyone which is wonderful. He has so much more socialization and dementia geared activity there that we ever could offer him at home. I feel my brothers and I are having a harder time emotionally with him moving there than he has, but we are adjusting and it's a wonderful feeling we know he is safe and cared for by many. It truly is a wonderful community and me and my family are excited to be a part of it with our Dad.

All of the categories would be a 5. What we like the most about the community is overall its beautiful! The whole facility is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and engaging. Yes, we would recommend Harmony at Kent to other families.

Friendliness of staff. The Memory Care Unit was a much happier place than most I looked at in the area. I also liked the layout of the unit.

Lovely staff!!! [name removed] in sales was incredible as well as the health aides!!

Had phone tour and was impressed with the facility.Everything appeared to be well laid out and everything you might expect to need could be found here.Also like this area of Tennessee.
