My dad was at Pegasus Landing while receiving treatments in the metro that aren't available in his small hometown. The goal was for him to receive assisted living care for a few months so he could focus on treatments and healing. Pegasus landing was amazing by giving him a comfortable place, great food, fun activities, and caring staff.

They have a wonderful staff and keep you informed on what is being done for your loved one.

Amount of activities excellent care, very good food large room

The entire staff are so helpful with anything you or the residents need. The large room is very large. Lots of room. A great room for a couple. The small room is perfect for one person.

We were looking for the lowest-cost "nicest" facility and so we thought there might be trade-offs. But really the care in memory care has been great.

I have been thankful for the care and consideration shown my Dad. The Memory Care works hard to show respect for all the residents and they have many activities - entertainment, etc for the people living there. I especially like the Family Dinner organized once a month...giving extended family a festive time with their loved ones.

All are a 5. I'm very happy with the whole experience and placement of my mom. Friendly and welcoming staff, management's attention to needs and communicating care plans, cost of care much less than previous facility in California, onsite medical, dental, vision care (mobile providers).

Outstanding customer services. The staff is amazing. The director of nursing spent a lot of time going over everything with me. The facility is definitely one of the nicer places I have been to and the food is definitely like going to a restaurant. The quality of the food is outstanding. The activities they have to offer is amazing. I have seen my mother smile more in a few weeks being at the Pegasus. She is excited and I see her doing much more and overall health is better

My parents are in the process of moving in. [name removed] has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to get them the best deal possible, patiently answering our many questions, and touring us twice! His kindness and genuine compassion are greatly appreciated! We were very impressed with the size and layout of the apartment, attractiveness of the facility and grounds, and the staff we have met have been lovely.

I think it's a person choice, everyone has different needs but it has been perfect for my mother. The variety and amount of activities my mom has really enjoyed. Everyone is very friendly. The food has a good variety.

I cannot say enough positive things about North Point Village and the care they provided for my mom. From the very beginning, the staff were kind, understanding, and highly skilled in managing the challenges that come with dementia. They consistently treated both residents and families with compassion and respect. The facility itself was always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. Meals looked nutritious and well-prepared, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate residents’ individual needs, including modifying food for those who had difficulty eating. It was clear that quality of life was a top priority. What stood out most to me was the personal attention given to each resident. I visited weekly and saw firsthand how the staff made a genuine effort to create a home-like environment—celebrating birthdays, decorating for the seasons, and building meaningful connections with residents and visitors alike. Safety was one of the main reasons I sought additional care for my mom, and North Point Village exceeded my expectations. They had strong safety measures in place, including monitoring systems to prevent falls and a secure environment to protect residents who might wander. These thoughtful precautions gave me peace of mind, especially since I had struggled to provide that level of care at home. During COVID, I was particularly impressed with how carefully they handled resident safety. They took proactive steps to isolate and protect those who were not infected, and their communication about the situation was clear and reassuring. The admissions process was straightforward, and the staff were incredibly helpful in answering questions and guiding us through each step. Compared to other facilities we considered, it was clear that North Point Village truly cared about their residents—not just as part of a business, but as people. Even after my mom passed, their compassion continued. The staff were incredibly supportive, offering guidance during a difficult time and even sending a thoughtful care package afterward. That kindness meant more than I can express. Overall, I always felt that my mom was safer and better cared for at North Point Village than I could have managed on my own. I am deeply grateful for the care and dignity they gave her, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memory care facility.

My mom has passed away in December, but my dad is still at Laketown and we are so grateful that he has this wonderful community around him instead of being alone in a house with no one around. They are very helpful every step of the way. Whatever you are trying to work through as you move in and after you're a resident, they have resources and they care about assisting you. From the basics to Hospice, questions re assessments for levels of care, dietary restrictions, etc. I always knew I could make a call and get assistance or direction on how to proceed. They are truly caregivers! I smile when I see them! They are special people!

The facility is very nice, clean & well maintained. Always decorated for events & holidays. The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating. There are plenty of activities for everyone with a monthly calendar provided. The studio apartment with kitchenette is great for my mom. She enjoys her regular meals and has snacks as well.

Cordata Court is welcoming, clean, and pretty. The residents seem happy and the activities calendar is full of different things to do. The area is nice with local stores, walking paths, and parks.

My brother loves the following: 1. Singing Gospel and Country songs 2. Playing pool. 3. Swimming. They met all of his hobbies. He likes the food and is making new friends.

My mom really likes it there. All the staff is nice to her and us as visitors. The food is delicious, and menu is well thought out. The facility is well kept, clean and no bad odors. My mom's only complaint is that she is tired from doing all the activities haha! That's a good thing. My only complaint was not getting callbacks promptly. It happened twice and one was a good reason for timely response, the other had no reason and took 5 days to receive a callback. All and all super satisfied that we chose The Legacy of Crystal Falls.

My mother is in Memory Care. They are very attentive to her needs since she's almost 100 y/o & she was uprooted from her AL facility after 12 yrs of living there. It is very clean. She likes the food. She has very little interest in activities as her AMD has taken a toll on her eyesight. The staff is very hands on. They keep me informed. I can't speak to the AL side, but I would definitely recommend the MC due to kind staff, clean environment, & communication to the family.
