My Mom is enjoying her new cozy home at Caretel Inns Brighton in Brighton, MI. Leaving her home was difficult for her and us, but seeing her settled in and receiving good care, puts us all at ease.

Our Mom was brought to Symphony of Linden from [community removed]. From the time mom was admitted to her very last day, she was treated with respect, cared for daily by a very knowledgeable staff. They talked with her and put a smile on her face daily. Mom’s room was very nice and clean. We were able to set up her room with things from to make it feel like her place. Mom’s stay was a short one as she passed away. I will truly be thankful for the knowledge of the staff, they knew in the early morning the time was near and gave me a call. I was able to arrive before mom was gone to say my final goodbye. The staff then turned their attention towards me to ensure I was ok. You couldn’t ask for better human beings. Hearts of gold! The only issue I could say was a problem, they were very short staffed and the head nurse had just quit. I know they were working on hiring and if they continue to hire the same type of human beings they will be in fantastic shape.

As my father in the last days/hours of life, they are the best people in the world. They are helpful and are there for us all.

My wife was cared for very well at Caretel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well equipped with rehab equipment, activities, snack bar,etc. the only negative was that my wife was not crazy about the food. Her room was equipped with a small kitchenette, with a refrigerator and microwave and I kept her supplied with things she liked to eat and that made her happy!

Symphony along with all the great caregivers here take wonderful care of my mother. The staff is very friendly, and genuinely compassionate. Mom just loves the activities, especially the pub. I know when I leave Mom behind that she's in good hands. Thank you Symphony.

My mother was never in favor of being anywhere other than her home. Do to some health circumstances she found herself at Symphony Bay. It has been a very nice experience and as of this writing my mother started out only needing rehab but has now transitioned into a full time resident. This would only have happened by the treatment of the care givers and administration staff. It has been a very good experience and am thankful for the attention and treatment my mother has received. It has made all the difference in my mother becoming comfortable and acceptable to this tough time in her life. As a family of six kids I believe we are all happy with where she is at.

I want to thank [name removed] for her personal involvement with my mom. During her stay she experienced a few challenges but was always cared for with a personal touch. [name removed] made herself available on multiple occasions and checks in on mom almost every day. That is not part of her role, but shows the great compassion that is part of Symphony’s overall service.

I started here in therapy when I broke my hip and was not able to go home alone. It was the best decision I made so I am safe and my kids don't have to worry about me being alone because the live out of state. I definitely recommend it.

My mom was really hesitant to move out of her home. She fought me every step. Within the first few days after she moved in, she was so happy! She had made a few new friends, was enjoying having dinner with her new neighbors and going to activities all day long. I am really happy that my mom is so happy at Symphony.

I was scheduled to move my Mom into a newly built assisted living that is fancy and modern. I was under the impression that new meant good care and services. At the very last minute, I decided to tour Symphony Linden at the recommendation from a current family and was immediately delighted by the charm of the center. Although it's not home, it felt more like my Mom's home. I also appreciated the experience and tenure of the staff. Mom has been there for a few weeks now and we are so far feel secure in our decision.

Very wonderful facility, impressed with the facility overall including cleanliness, staff and managerial services. Recommend checking the facility out and consider allowing your loved one to receive top notch care at the facility.

We toured many communities and found, [name removed], the Sales Advisor at Symphony Linden the most helpful, patient, and informative. Not only did she answer all of our questions, the center was home-like and clean. This is a monumental decision for children to make for their parents and [name removed] put us at ease.

My grandma just moved into Symphony of Linden and is so thrilled with the staff and the living space she has. She has decorated her room to her liking and she said, “it feels like home and aides have been wonderful”. She even requested for me to buy candies so when they come in she has something to offer them, “because they are all so sweet”, she said. ?????? I’m so excited to know she loves it and feels so comfortable, especially at at the age of 93. We couldn’t be more grateful to the staff making her feel so welcomed. Thank you, thank you, thank you ??!!

I have a relative living here and in the last 6 months the changes have been wonderful. The facility is under new administration and everything from staffing to residents, cleanliness and care has noticeably changed. This should not be a one star facility. I encourage anyone to check it out for themselves! So grateful for [name removed]!

The facility is beautiful with spacious rooms! The staff are friendly and very welcoming to the residents and their families! The overall experience was very pleasant!! I will definitely recommend this facility to other family and friends!

I have a loved one there, it is a very very nice place people are cared for the facility is clean and the staff is very attentive to the needs of our loved one, we are so glad that we picked this place. Very pleased

It has been a great experience overall the facility is great people are really good the food is excellent and they also have a pub which is so nice and our visit there was great we find this place homie and above average I was impressed with all the ammenities they offer there

The place is caring very well curated and staff is. accommodating for any needs we have. Very personable food is god and activities are guest-centered. It's a nice place to have your loved one there.

When my mother was first going to move in, they only had a shared room available. When we saw it, it's nothing like we had in mind! The room has a wall separating the 2 beds and each side have its own big window and furniture and my mother loves it! The place has multiple levels of care with hallways big enough to fit her wheelchair so when I visit we are able to walk around without having to go outside. The staff takes very good care of the residents. They have alot of activities, always something going on. They have music exercise, bouncing ball, and arts an d crafts just to name a few. Also, in the gathering area, they have a large closed area with birds, my mother loves to sit there and watch them. When we leave to walk around, my Mother is always happy to return to her area.

Very nice accommodations, planning to revisit.
