Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We got a tour and lunch it was very welcoming it is so bright and open

We moved my Mom into Windham Terrace 4 months ago and I cannot tell you how grateful we are for the wonderful and loving care they are giving her! My Mom has mid to late stage Alzheimer's disease and requires prompting and moderate supervision. Windham Terrace is gorgeous and her apartment is comfortable and very well maintained. She is in a 2 room corner until with nice windows, a huge closet and room enough for her baby grand piano, which she plays every day. They also allow pets so she was able to bring her two cats ~ a must for us even though we have to be responsible for their care. The staff is amazing ~ kind and caring and, Alicia, the activities director is fabulous and has them doing all kinds of interesting things every day. My mom takes a morning exercise class, painting and line dancing classes, and attends concerts and plays at the beautiful theatre in Manchester as well as other outings. They also bring in musical entertainment every week to the delight of the residents. We are a very "hands on family" and the staff is happy to work with us to make sure my mom is getting the best care possible. Eventually my mom will have to move into the Memory Care section but we will try and keep her in Assisted Living as long as possible. What a relief to find such a great place. We feel very blessed.

We are real happy with it. I looked at several places and all of them were good but this one was a little better. The staff has been working together for years so I felt very comfortable. It was worth the upgrade. My mom is happy. The facility is always very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The value is excellent. The care services and activities are great.

Beautiful facility but a bit pricey

They did an excellent job while we were there. One of the things that really stood out about them, is the way they treated each person individually, especially at meal time. If someone had special needs they would have everything prepared and ready to go for them.

Great experience wonderful facilities great staff seriously would add to any consideration for parent or grandparent.

This one sounds the best. I wonder how many "guests" they have.

Had a great tour, very welcoming place have some decisions to be made for our loved one.

My loved one does not participate in many activities but they do try to get her interested and willing to participate. My loved one does not eat much and does not like to get up early in the mornings. She normally has lunch but does not eat dinner all of the time. The meals are not the best and I do feel like they could have more of a variety of things for the residents to pick from and a wider range for the time that they can come and eat because my loved one does not always want to eat at the same times that they are open. one of the big pluses of this community was that they also have a bathtub instead of a shower. The staff are excellent and the administrators are excellent as well as well as the custodial staff.

Wonderful place, my dad is very happy there. The staff are friendly and caring. Beautiful facility clean and bright. Grounds are well kept. Many activities for residents. My dad likes the food!

The activities department is awesome (they should get a 5). I live out of state and haven't seen any interactions firsthand, but my mother hasn't complained about anything. The staff at times is not the easiest with which to work. I haven't had the chance to share a meal with my mother there; however, she likes the variety of food served. The people are great; repetitive activities, though. it's pricey but my mother is in good hands. :)

They have very friendly staff and nice amenities. The room sizes are adequate. I've never eaten there, but the choices look good.

It is a good place but a little difficult to understand how things work. Not all care givers are able to help with all things and it is difficult to understand how to get specific help.It is relatively small and not so overwhelming. The staff is extremely friendly.

My mother is much better off at Windham Terrace The care and food are much better. Windham's director has been there for 24 years, Business Manager, 19 years; Resident Health Director, 14 years; etc. And, the rest of the employees seem happy there, which results in better care for my mother.

I toured Scarborough Terrace and had a good tour and impression of the community. We chose Scarborough as our backup option if things didn't work out with our number one.

No people around due to covid.

This was a beautiful community we toured. it was very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. We decided on another community based on the proximity to our home.

Scarborough Terrace was responsive to our situation and moved quickly to get my Dad assessed and moved in. They have been responsive to questions and concerns as we all seek to adjust to this different living situation. All the staff have been wonderful and we feel my Dad is in a good place. This is all new for us and they were available to answer any questions and continue to be.

That was a lot of money. That was one of those corporate type hotel places. It's really nice but my dad is put off by that kind of atmosphere. He just wouldn't be comfortable there.
