I liked the location and landscaping. The executive director never spoke to me, not ever. I found it to be very rude given how much the facility was being paid. I was informed of an 8.5% increase on the fees via an email on Thanksgiving weekend. Very very tacky. I immediately started looking and moved my Dad to a nicer facility with much better value.

Well, today we had a major event with my dad which resulted in a trip to the Emergency Room in the middle of the night. Upon return, EVERYONE was checking in, kind, sympathetic, provided food since he missed breakfast, etc. When the going got tough, they came through with flying colors. Staff gets 5 stars. From the Director to the Support Staff. I would recommend this facility to others.

This community did not have a gym and no type of area for physical activity. We just felt like it just felt like a nursing home, It was just not the right environment that we were looking for for our loved one.

This has to be the worst place out there .Management have all the say your openion as an employer has no merrit at all. Management stuck in they past.
