Tour covered all the basics. I saw what I wanted to see and [name removed] answered my questions. The facility was clean and the commons area looked comfortable. Saw a few residents gathered there. I would recommend Parkwood to anyone looking for that type of setting.

Everyone was friendly and really knew each other and staff. The facility was clean, smallest room were spacious. Loved the little sitting areas throughout and the whole building that have lots of sunlight. There were a number of book shelves with books and puzzles for everyone to enjoy. Wonderful feeling of community. Lots of activities and outings on their schedules to keep people involved and feeling positive.

The staff that works there are very knowledgeable about what you need for loved ones with dementia. They are attentive, caring and very much there for their resident. The facility is extremely clean, well kept. The rooms are the largest I saw. I toured 7 other facilities, and this was not in my list. I went at the last minute, and was extremely glad I did. The neighborhood isn't much, but what's important is the people on the inside. I would absolutely recommend this facility for families making the extremely hard decision for your loved one.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience touring the Arbordale with [name removed]. The facility is very modern and clean and offers a wide variety of services and activities. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very caring attentive staff. They make the effort to know you personally and respond readily to any questions or concerns. The facility is clean, sweet smelling and seasonally decorated. It is a pleasure to walk around. The community relations director [Name Removed] and executive director[Name Removed] are very accessible. I am very happy here.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place is consistently spotless. Five stars all around — highly recommend!

My wife and I moved to THE PARKWOOD a year ago. Hardly a day goes by without one or the other mentioning what a great decision that was. We are 90 and 88 years, both in reasonably good health. We are impressed with the staff...always friendly, helpful and diligent in scheduling events which socialize the residents. There's no reason to be lonesome at THE PARKWOOD. Food is always a subject of discussion in a facility such as this, our experience has been very positive.

I give them a 5. What I like the most about the community is that they are supportive! Not having meals on weekends. Maybe I need to check out more helpful options to help me strengthen myself

Although I was not the occupant. the room and all the services provided were excellent. I was happy to have found it - thru your service.

Friendliness of the staff. Our family has been impressed with the friendly, welcoming staff and clean, affordable, easily navigable environment at The Rivers. Plus, the location near key highways and amenities in the Twin Cities made it ideal for our family. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

After the death of my wife I realized the need for a way to interaction with others. That let me to search for a senior community. One of then was The Arbordale. With its variety of unit sizes and closets large enough to store things I wasn't ready to let go of and it's location near my existing house. This made my selection easy. Now 2 1/2 months in I do not regret my decision to move here. It has enough activities and events to meet my needs.

The Rivers is a beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and welcoming place. There are always decorations up to celebrate, the food the great too! My mom has been a resident in independent living for over a year, and she calls it home- for many great reasons!

The sales lady was very helpful, great at answering questions, very accommodating in finding a time that worked for us to tour and there was a welcome sign with our names on it when we arrived. My parents have said the cooks in the dining hall have been very accommodating to dietary restrictions, and they are very impressed with the food taste and variety

We were in an independent townhouse. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. It was a very nice, and clean place.

There is nothing this community could improve on. Everything is great, and overall it is a great place. What I like the most about Evergreen Court is the staff, the food that is provided and the overall environment. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

They make my in-laws feel so special!!! [name removed] was absolutely incredible with my FIL, gave him the support he needed to get through the transition. [name removed] handled the crazy matters of the VA paperwork. And, the activities Director took her laptop into their apartment so my MIL could attend a tele health appointment

Very nice experience. It is Super clean. Very friendly staff and Always willing to help. Independent living. No extra care provided. Admin staff is excellent. The Food is excellent, ever changing meal choice and alternatives offered if don't like evening meal. Nice activities. As more people come there will be more activities. So far some art classes, fancy family meals, opportunity to be driven to appts, activities. Excellent value for the money.
