I love this place, everyone so nice, this is a very well run pace, staff is great food is great. So glad I'm here all my friends also say the same when we talk (thanks so much) can't think of anything to change.

This has been our "home" since November of 2012. My husband died in 2015 and I have lived here ever since. I appreciate the caring staff, the good food, the pleasant surroundings. No complaints!

I moved here 2 years ago and it was the best move I ever made. It is like gaining another family. We all look out for each other and there is always someone to go to for help if you need it. If you care to participate there are many activities to join . The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Besides all this the food is excellent.

Everyone is friendly and always greets you with a smile. I like that. I try to remember all their names--a course with [name removed] (How to win friends and influence people his book) told me that a person always likes to hear their name. So when I hear a name I associate it with another person, place or thing , I can remember it very easily--thanks to my good memory that the good Lord has blessed me with. Then I get to hear my name when I say Hi to a person. Method to my madness The food is delicious and everything is very tasty and the waiters are so nice and also smiling all the time. I really enjoy the Continental breakfast where you can choose what you like and should have for Breakfast. Then seated with my new friends--I can't tell you how much I delight in just Breakfast. Also the Dinners are very nicely served and prepared. Activities (there are too many) so I am very busy doing card games and socializing and learning new games every day. There is lots to do here. And when you get tired just go to your own apartment and it welcomes you. I am very blessed to find such a lovely place as TRADITION Yep, we have church services on Sunday--which I like. I even came here to cold Minnesota from a warm climate Tucson, Arizona--and I am so so happy to be near my son and meet these friendly people--had to give up my Arizona ones.

My mom moved into Tradition about 2 months ago, and absolutely loves it. She was very hesitant to move from her current home, but it turned out to be a great decision. She said she didn’t realize how lonely she was until she moved to her new apartment. The residents and staff have been so welcoming. She’s able to socialize in the front lobby and meals in the dining room....speaking of the dining room, amazing food and staff there as well.?? As her daughter it makes me so happy to see her happy! We both would highly recommend Tradition!

Great community to live and enjoy my 'senior' stage in life!! Lots of attention to desires and needs...great staff to assist and help in these and other areas. Plenty of activities to jeep us busy (or not) as we desire.

I have been here since [date removed]. The staff is outstanding and the other residents are warm and welcoming. And, the food is out of this world- 3 chefs that do fabulous meals. The residents range in age from 64-104! All live life to the fullest. Love it here!

We lived in a town home 6 blocks away. Once we decided to move we checked Br. Center, Maple Grove and Br. Park. Tradition filled all of our needs .Location to everything we needed. Drs., church, stores, Maple Grove, Family and more. We have lived here since February 2018. Our apartment is first class. Dining room (10 meals a moth-part of our rent) staff and even our neighbors are great. When we have a problem in our apartment it is taken care of promptly.

We are happy with the help. The food is good. My wife is gluten and dairy free. They always have meals for her. We like it here.

Five Star everything. Awesome place for Mom and other relatives that love the location and amenities. Activities are fun for elderly and the dining is the best.

I have lived in B. Park for 59 years. It is a good community. Living here is like home. The staff is great and I hope I'm able to live here until I die.

Every member of the staff knows my name. They check on me daily to see if I’m ok. The atmosphere is homey. Food is nicely served. Ion feel this is my forever home.

We love Carriage Oaks for my mom. The people are so friendly and there are so many groups and activities available that she is busy every day if she wants to be. The unit was fully remodeled with new appliances, granite counters, cabinets and flooring. Looks fantastic! We are so glad we made this choice after visiting three other possible places. The others simply did not compare! They moved from a buy-in model to a lease model and that was what allowed us to make the decision. If fact, when we did the numbers, she is spending $100 less here than in her old home because utilities and basic cable, internet are all included and renter's insurance is much less than home owners. Great bargain in the end! Recommend Carriage Oaks to anyone looking for a vibrant and engaging living situation!

Waterford Manor is the best place for my parents! We recently moved my parents into this community, and I must say it is hands down the best around. The staff are respectful, appreciative, approachable and bring a wonderful sense of homey-ness. Thank you all for all you do!!!
