My daughter and I toured Goldton recently to consider it for a loved one. The person that greeted us as soon as we arrived was very professional and personable. We sat in an office and we gathered information about Goldton and he gathered information about our family situation. After that we went on a tour and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the residents we met. They seemed to be happy and engaged. Overall it was a good visit.

I toured The Oscar at Georgetown on [Date removed]. I was impressed. As a square with an inner courtyard, it seemed to be easy to get around. The list of amenities was very strong - and I started to plan my future based on bridge, exercise (including water aerobics and the gym), food service, built in washer and dryer, and reasonable quietness. I liked that the electric bill, computer and cable television re all wrapped into the rental price. The sales agent who gave the tour was able to answer my questions. I saw the room that I accepted. While it faces a business city street, the traffic noise was not an issue. There are busses taking residents to shopping and activities. ***** Yes, I made my decision to move to The Oscar at Georgetown. Since that decision, I found a friend from my church lives there and she loves the food service.

My tour of The Goldton of Spring Hill was a good one. The staff and residents were friendly, the building was in good condition. They are in the process of updating the dining room to add more area to put up pictures of the residents choice - family old homes. Kitchen was clean and the residents had many options to pick from if they did not want the daily special. Lots of options during the week for involvement with others, field trips, exercise, crafts, happy hour, cards etc. The rooms to pick from vary in price and size.

Tribute at Melford is now managed by Atlas Senior Living. The care is exceptional. The workers really care about my Mom. I would highly recommend Tribute to others.

The Goldton seems tucked away in the back of a nice strip mall. It fools you into thinking it's not that nice. Once inside however you find a place people will want to live in. Assisted and memory care only, the place has a feeling of a high priced apartment complex. The rooms are open and inviting with plenty of closet space and and room in the bathroom for two people to easily maneuver. All the hallways have hidden handrails that look like molding. The fresh baked homemade cookies and Alexa in every room reminding the residents what they are having for meals, what the daily activities are (it's in Orlando so think fun!) and you get a delightful retirement home without a ridiculously high cost. My wife and I are thrilled to imagine her parents living there as it is just a few steps away from two excellent restaurants and the Lake Nona has hospitals for every need (at least five within a 10-15 minute drive.

The Canopy was my mother’s home for the past 12 months, and our family could not have been more pleased with her experience. She was truly happy there, which meant everything to us. The dining program is outstanding, with consistently high-quality food, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The caregivers and staff are incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and attentive. During difficult moments, they showed genuine empathy and support, which meant so much to our family. The entire community is modern, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with residents’ comfort in mind. Small details also make a big difference. Packages are delivered directly to residents’ apartments, and meal delivery is available when needed. There is always a wide variety of activities to keep residents engaged, and the holiday décor throughout the dining and reception areas is tasteful and festive.

They have a caring and professional staff, the facility is clean and smells nice. It is a modern facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Very beautiful facility. Very business like. staff was knowledgable. Friendly residence. Had options for independent and assisted living.

This place is wonderful. The activities they offer could keep people busy each day. Kitchen is open from like 8am - 6:30pm. That's rare for Independent Living places. That's because this building is separate from the assisted living and memory care (which I love). Each month they have a special night of something. Last month it was Vegas Night. They actually brought in gambling tables and changed the lobby/bistro into a casino. It was so much fun. There is a different theme each month. Families of the residents can join with a fee. The staff is some of the best people I've ever met. They never treat anyone with disrespect or act their annoying them. I love knowing my mom is in such a great place. Doctors come to them so they don't have to always leave the premises. When the storm hit the past few months, workers spent the night in case they lost power, so they didn't have to drive through the show and could be there for the residents. That's going over and above, to me. Are there a few things they could work on?.....sure. I wish their cleaning people were a little more thorough. While independent living, some residents aren't able to clean as well as they used to. My mom wishes there was more card playing. She misses that.

My uncle was there 3 months before he passed. The facility was brand new and just opened. I'd rate it 5 on all categories for the duration of our stay. My uncle spent almost 7 years in memory care facilities. If anyone asked me which of the two facilities I would select given the choice today, it would be Canopy. The shift to Canopy was a breath of fresh air. Like other places, they did have some staffing challenges. But, given the smaller resident population it didn't seem to be a problem. Canopy's food was very good. That made a big impression on us. One of the things I liked most about Canopy was the management structure. It was very easy to talk to decision makers and get things addressed. We also had a GREAT experience with Canopy's recommended hospice provider. The integrated seamlessly with staff and did a fabulous job.

Excellent staff and activities. I would recommend to others. [removed] was sold to The Overlook in [date removed]. Much improvement.

Very nice, modern building with nice decor. Looks and feels like an upscale resort. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and engaged well with the residents. Activities schedule was full! There is lots to do there, inside and out -- including outings. Tribute is "visually" one of the best senior living solutions in the area that I have visited.

This was my first "true" facility visit, and they set the bar really high. I truly appreciate the time that [name removed] spent with me- she is an asset to this community for sure. She wasn't pushy, she asked questions about my Mom and provided insight as to how she would fit in this community. She gave me a lot of things to think about and to look for to for as I continue my search for the best place for my Mom.

This is a very impressive facility. Even though they do not specifically offer “Assisted living”, they do offer added care options for residents in independent living. The facilities and amenities are available to family members and attendance at meals and social activities are highly encouraged. They offer several meat options at most meals. They were also willing to think outside the box to offer the best care options for our mother at the most affordable rates. We are definitely leaning toward moving our mom.

[name removed] loves the staff that works with him and he loves the food overall. My only issues are because he started as a respite occupant, he never got a formal move in package, for example his room was never initially cleaned, never received a door and mailbox key until I requested it 6 weeks later. I've been asking for cleaning underneath his bed ( both note to maid and two verbal requests) to no avail. Also the main light in his room has been flashing on and off since he moved in, maintenance changed lightbulbs several times but it still is a problem. But with only those minor issues , I think the main staff makes it still overall great.

The facility is beautiful and well kept. Very clean and it smells good. The staff is super friendly and my Father feels well taken care of. The food is very good and upon request they will deliver meals to his room. They are plenty of activities offered. I'm excited about the Men's group.
