I knew this would be a great place for Mom. Everyone was so welcoming and the amenities contribute to the great value.

Very pleased with this facility. After hearing all the disaster reviews of other facilities it was a blessing to find Lake Howard Hts. The staff are ALL friendly and attentive. It is clean, fresh smelling and quiet. The majority of staff are long term employees (which says something in itself) and extremely caring. I visit my wife often and at odd hours and still have found no issues with her care. The food is very fresh and good and the menue is nicely varied. Residents get to choose what they want to eat from at least 2 different main courses each meal. I have to say that so far I can genuinely recommend Lake Howard Hts to anyone who will listen to me.

The family has been very pleased with choosing Madison Heights for mom. They have a great group of people taking care of her in the memory care center. She has outings outside the facility scheduled every week to attend…movies lunches etc. she seems very happy with her new home and the people that surround and support her.

Goldton is beautiful and has been very easy to work with as we recently moved my dad into assisted living. He has been there a month and is adjusting well and likes everything so far. I have been impressed with the nursing quality and the response dad receives when he needs help. Dad loves the food and is beginning to be more and more involved with other residents there.

The facility is beautiful, very well kept and smells nice and clean. All the staff we met, were very friendly and helpful. There are so many amenities including pool, exercise and rehab rooms, beauty salon, and library. All of the dining areas looked very nice. The assisted living 1 bdrm apartment we toured was nice and spacious.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lake Howard Heights! My nana lives here, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The care staff truly goes above and beyond to make the residents feel loved, comfortable, and cared for. I especially want to recognize [name removed], who consistently goes above and beyond her job duties. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication do not go unnoticed. The atmosphere here feels like one big family. My nana absolutely loves the food and always talks about how wonderful everyone is. Moving into senior living was a difficult decision for her, but she has said that her only regret is not making the move sooner! It gives our family such peace of mind knowing she is happy, safe, and surrounded by people who genuinely care. I would highly recommend Lake Howard Heights to anyone looking for a well established, welcoming senior living community for their loved one. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive difference in our family.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and happy to answer questions. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated how comfortable the entire experience I also appreciated learning about the different activities and social opportunities available. It’s reassuring to know that residents have opportunities to make friends, stay involved, and continue enjoying the things that bring them happiness. Choosing the right community for someone you love is a big decision, and having a welcoming environment and people who genuinely care makes all the difference. Lake Howard Heights made a great impression on me, and I would absolutely encourage others to visit and experience it for themselves!

I love the community. I’m looking for my aunt and you can see how much the staff cares for their residents and that they treat the community like family. i saw residents participating and socializing and the place was full of laughs and smiles. everything was clean and smelt great. she really liked the community.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Lake Howard Heights, and I was genuinely impressed with everything this community has to offer! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made the community feel like home. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean, organized, and well-maintained everything was. The staff seemed friendly, attentive, and passionate about what they do. I especially loved seeing the connections between the staff and residents. There was such a genuine sense of care, compassion, and familiarity that made the environment feel more like a family than just a senior living community. Overall, Lake Howard Heights left a wonderful impression on me. Finding a place where your loved ones can feel safe, valued, and cared for is so important, and this community certainly gives that impression. I would highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering senior living options for someone you love!

They were very knowledgeable about their product and spent a lot of time with us. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and willing to answer all my questions.

My friend has been living there happily for a year, has decided to move back to her condo. She has always good things to say about the care, the variety of activities they offer, and the church nearby that has included her in their fellowship.

My brother was in there for 2 months. My husband and I went to visit about 6 places recommended by A Place For Mom who was so helpful to us. The Goldton was the nicest in St. Petersburg as I my brother wanted to stay in St. Petersburg. The apartment size was good with a small kitchen area and microwave. Shower was big. The only issue was that we did not know that it was unfurnished as on our tour, we saw the model room. The Goldton helped supply his room with a single bed and a few other things. We then brought some furniture from his house to make it work. Food was very good in the Goldton and the staff and nurses were very good. My brother was very difficult at times for them. and they handled him very well. If I would ever have to go to Assisted Living, I would like a place like The Goldton. It was very clean and it was very pleasant as not real big but just the right size to make it more like a home.

[Name removed] was very accommodating and took the time to provide us with multiple tours. Our first impression upon entering the independent living community was very positive. The open entryway felt welcoming, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The cozy seating area in the middle, along with the open layout leading into the library and up to the second floor, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the staff and residents we encountered were kind and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment size is perfect, and there are a lot of activities offered, which is a great benefit. Overall, we were very impressed with the welcoming environment and the sense of community.

You can call anytime of the day to ask questions about your family member. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This facility was the only place that would take on a non-English-speaking person and is making it work. The moving-in process is labor-intensive if your family member is not located on the main floor. And you have to come through the main doors. There is only one elevator being used by everyone. At least the stairs are wide enough for large furniture pieces. There is no courtyard or garden area or walking trails just a very small gazebo in the back and a few rocking chairs up front but for the price don't expect The Ritz.

The tour was very enjoyable and informative. The transition for us is still some distance in the future and far too early for us to get on the wait list. However, we will keep it in our short list of possibilities. Thanks

My wife and I really loved the tour and I think this will be a wonderful place for my father. Once we get the ball rolling I hope to get him settled real soon.

My best friend moved her parents here a couple of months ago and we visited them for the first time during the Labor Day cookout, and we can't believe how great the community is! The food was delicious, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the whole community was clean and well taken care of.

The Legacy Reserve-Memory Care facility is a very welcoming facility for my Mom. She is in a safe place with other residents that she calls "my people." Many daily activities are provided for the residents to participate in. Her room has her own furniture, pictures and keepsakes and reminds her of her home. She enjoys the meals provided. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and very helpful to the residents as well as their families. I would recommend this community to others.

The community was clean and beautiful. Their sales counselor was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The spaces allowed for easy and safe wheelchair/walker mobility. Veterans are honored. MC has a nice schedule of activities throughout week. I was informed that MC residents participate in larger whole community events, use some of the independent living spaces for their activities, have scheduled regular outings; love that they are not confined to their own area of community. That being said, the MC “wing” is spacious, clean, safe, and many of the residents were participating in an activity at the time.
