My mom has been there for a long time, over ten years. So it’s clearly been great. Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond. I think we need more places like Westbrook that provide that level of caring and attention to individual needs.

I toured at Mayvil recently and was happy to see all the beautiful renovations that have been done. After spending time looking at other communities I was pleased at the warm and sincere welcome I received from all of the members of staff. And it was the only all inclusive community I found, they do not keep adding extra charges for services.

They offer a variety of daily activities. The community is clean and well taken care of. My brother loves the food. This is a smaller community so it works well for him. I would recommend this community.

It was a very nice community. We were shown an apartment that was small. It would have been a suitable place to eat and enjoy activities.

We walked in for our tour and Mom just knew this is where she wanted to live. We had lunch and met so many residents who just thought this was a wonderful place to live. Mom is very excited!

This is a nice community for care for my good friend. The staff have been very nice and understand. The community is very nice and he is happy here. The meals are appealing to him and he seems pleased with the healthy variety. They do have activities that are offered to him to participate. We would highly recommend this community for a good value and the care that is received.

My mom lived at Grand Villa. The staff was always very helpful and sincere. They really cared about for my mom. It is large enough for social activities but small enough for individual attention. She loved all the outings, getting her nails painted, exercise class and other fun activities.

I have no complaints about this community so far, my loved one has really enjoyed his stay and has made himself right at home. I would have to say my favorite thing about this place is the staff. They are always willing to lend a helping hand and are very attentive to his needs. He has had no complaints about the food and has really been enjoying the many activities they offer at this facility.

It is a great location for my mom, she is doing very well. It has been a godsend and perfect experience. She likes the meals they serve. She has healthy and p[plenty of options. The community is clean everywhere and she has good housekeeping. A Place For Mom was very helpful with finding a home.

My mother has been treated very well at the Traditions of Preston. The community is kept very clean every time i visit her i am very impressed. The staff is very friendly and has always kept me updated on her progress. The meals are nutritious and prepared very well. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend.

The staff has been communicating well with the family they are very friendly. My mother really enjoys her meals the portions and taste seems good. There are a few activities that she has been engaging in this is great she gets to meet other residents. Overall, i feel it's a safe place for her with wonderful people and i would recommend it to friends and family.

This community is always, always clean for my mom and her guests. The staff are very prompt when needed, as well as good things like being friendly and welcoming. Activities are available but I think there are no outings. The food is good and tasty and my mom seems to like it because she is not complaining. All is going well and I am happy with everything. I would recommend this community.

My mom recently had to move into Assisted Living. Not only that but she decided to move from out of state to be close to me. I needed information and time to decide what would be best for our family. Dani at Grand Villa was very supportive and let me decide what was best. She was always available but Not pushy. The times I stopped in unannounced the staff were always interacting with the residents. I talked to some residents and they were very happy living at Grand Villa. My mom just moved in and is enjoying her new home.

I am thankful I can call Grand Villa home. I have my own space in my apartment, and can do what I please, within reason. The staff is helpful and nice to be around. Some of the staff are exceptional to be around, they are so fun! Debbie and Michael and a few others make my day. I do like that Grand Villa is faith based.

I like Linda, our activity director. Whenever I need something to get done, she is the one that makes sure it gets done. She helps me all of the time. I love Celia, she is such a good lady to me. I love to work in our garden. I walk every day outside and like that I can leave. I love our Bronco parties!

At Grand Villa I feel safe, which is my biggest concern. We are really cared for here. The food is good and we have enough activities to keep us busy. I am looking forward to gardening this summer in our garden! I do love the freedom to come and go as I please. The place is kept clean and fresh. I feel like family here.

What a blessing to have my parents at this caring facility! The entire staff really cares about every person and treat them with respect and dignity. They plan interesting activities, fun and memorable events for the families to attend with their loved one, and provide continuous attention to their every need. The staff excel in their kindness and attention to detail no matter what position they hold in the facility.

I found Westbook on my own with NO help from "A Place for Mom". Love the staff at Westbrook they are all excellent. My mother in law is doing well there, the other residents are very nice people, the food is well prepared with a broad menu. The only thing "A place for mom " did was call at weird hours and not offer any help.

I recommend this place highly to anybody. It's a smaller facility, more homey. There are like four different eating areas, so you don't have to go far, and it's more intimate. It's a great place, they worked with us to get in, and we have been very happy.
