When it became clear that dad could no longer live alone, we toured senior living communities in both Great Falls and Helena, Montana. This was not an easy task as we wanted what was best for dad. From the moment we stepped foot into Cambridge Place, he was completely at home. The people were caring and loving and the atmosphere was lively. He spent almost 3 years there and always called it home. We cannot thank everyone there for the love they gave him. As dad's health deteriorated, we had to find a new home for him. He misses his family there very much (Gayle, Eric, Jim, Sonya, Diana and many many others). I would definitely recommend Cambridge Place.

11/30/11 $2450 Studio, no extras except cable & phone. Great entrance. Sr Living Community. No memory unit any more. Nurse will do free initial qualifying assessment, in home or at Emeritus.

My aunt lives here and she loves it. She complains about the food sometimes, but before the lockown, I had dinner with her and I thought it was good! She tells me all the time that the girls who help care for her are the best. They have done a great job of keeping her safe during covid, but I look forward to getting to visit her again soon!

The team at Corridor Crossing is great to work with. You can tell how much they care about the residents. They’ve done a great job of trying to keep people safe from COVID-19. Would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the care that my family member receives. It is a small facility, so there is less confusion for those with memory issues and makes it easier for staff to know the people in their care. They are constantly trying to find ways of improving and are happy to have reasonable input.

Staff is very caring, professional, and responsive. Activities are varied and clearly scheduled. My mother never wants for assistance when she need it. She tells me frequently that she is so happy we helped her find Grand Villa. Meals, however, are not very interesting, and heavy on carbohydrates and starches. I would expect more appealing and nutritious meals for the price.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. As far as I know everything is working out well, and they are in good hands. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.

This community is great. The people are easy to work with. They keep the community clean and the food is good. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

The staff at community is nice and they encourage my uncle to participate in the daily activities. This is an older building, however they are working on updating it. The community is clean. He likes the food. He is making a lot of friends at this small community.

My mom recently moved into this community. So far the experience has been going great. The staff know how to keep the facility clean. My mom has plenty of options to choose for her meals and it seems to think it tastes good.

Staff is friendly and respectful to the residents. Any concerns I have had were dealt with in a timely manner. Activities Director is wonderful! outside facility, the grounds are beautifully kept. Improvement in food could be made.

My Father really likes Emeritus at Silver Pines. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. He has only been there two months but he seems to be adapting well.

They cook for my dad and they handle his medication and stuff like that. They have medical people on staff. I'd like it to be a little bit bigger so there are more people for my dad to socialize with but if you did that you might lose some of the other advantages. They seem to give everyone a personal touch which is great. My dad, who is a notoriously picky eater, seems to enjoy their food so that's something.

They are affordable and friendly. I would recommend to others.

Cannot rate the meals and dining and value for cost due to lack of knowledge. However the staff is very friendly and helpful with assisting my mother.

Great facility, clean, friendly staff, and great activities. We had a lot of trouble with my father in laws bad behaviors and the staff really worked with us and him to their best ability.

My husband died 10 months ago so my opinions could be dated. The facility has some great staff and a wonderful activities director but they had chronic staffing shortage and turnover issues. The activities director was way overworked . Not really their fault. The building itself is kind of old style. The only reason I chose this facility is that it was three minutes from my house and at the time was by far the best option within an hour's drive. Durango is a pretty small community. More and better memory care is desperately needed but I don't know how that will happen given the staffing difficulties.

Staff was great... Billing was difficult. First bill had incorrect dates... still waiting for corrected final bill.

It's ok but they have a lack of communication with the residence about maintenance or lack there of , When they do fix problems it's not done at 100% and just band-aided. They don't take into consideration that there are many residence that don't like salty or spicy foods and continually make food this way regardless. Everything is good but the lack of communication and maintenance needs help . The activities that they have are great . It's a clean facility, and friendly employees
