I have no complaints with how things went during my tour at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very professional during our visit. They did not make us feel pressured and really took the time show us everything they had to offer in there facility. I liked the floor plan and thought they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

This was a nice community when we looked at it. The community is older , however they do try to keep it well maintained. The people we met were nice. The offer independent and assisted living.

The rooms at Maryville are fully furnished and the staff there are very nice. The facility is older and they do not have bathrooms with private showers at the time. It is a nice place, but just not what we were looking for.

I am very happy to see my mom happy in this community. We like that they keep the community clean and maintained. The staff is very caring to her needs and very respectful. My mom likes the meals, but wants more variety. They offer a lot of activities and she does keep active. I would recommend the care of this community to other families and the good value for the care of a loved one.

I've lived here at Grand Villa for 3 yrs. I am very happy here. I like the roominess of my apartment, the fact that I can have overnight guests. The staff are all great. Linda (activity director) is a one in a million! We can't find another like her. all of the staff have been gracious and kind to me.

I'm Very pleased with the community. My mother can not say enough nice things about the place now that she has adjusted into the community. The staff is very friendly and nice. Even though I have minor concerns about the cleaning of the community I understand they are renovating the place. Overall I know my mother is at peace well she is there.

Traditions of Preston is a great facility. It is always very clean when we go there. The staff is very friendly. When you walk in there is never an odor there. They take good care of the property. The staff really cares about the residents and their well being.

The facility is nice and clean. The staff treats us like we are family. They are really decent people. There are plenty of activities for the residents to do if they choose to. The food could be better, but the level of care is great.

They have been willing to work with us. There was a period of transition where some things have been communicated to us, but once we were on the same page we were fine. I wish there was a check up list. I think that would be very helpful. The community director was very helpful. The staff has been kind. They have a lot of fun activities. This facility is very nice. It's always clean. There is never a mess.

The Emeritus at Silver Pines is very appropriate. The staff is very caring, and accommodating. The facility is very clean, and they offer a variety of activities as well. For some unknown reason they have lost their Medicaid status of accepting residents with Medicaid but no one seems to know why. I hope to find out soon whether or not they will get it back.

This senior Living facility is super clean. The meals are wonderful. Staff and residents seen very happy there. Our only concern is the very tiny "apartment" that gives very limited private space. The common areas are friendly and inviting.

Westbrook was a very nice and pretty community. They had everything we wanted for our loved one. The only reason we did not chose Westbrook is because it was just too far and inconvenient for our family. Overall they were a great community and I would recommend them to anyone.

Golden Lodge advertises chef prepared meals, but the food is very sub standard, it is overcooked and inedible and our loved ones are very dissatisfied. However the community is very clean, the staff are wonderful people they do take great care of the residents and that is something we are not concerned with. They aren't at full capacity so the activities have been a little minimal but the new activities director seems to be doing a really good job so far. They do take different field trips into town and to different events.

The food at this community is ok about half the time. The other times it is like glorified microwave food. They do not offer any hot breakfast. They do offer daily activities and the community is beautiful. We have had some minor issues with maintenance not keeping up with requests. The caregivers are friendly and take good care of my loved one.

I think my friend is doing okay, [Removed] is in the process remodeling since they took over, they used to be Brookdale. The gal there, [Removed] is new but very nice. They are trying to build a good foundation. It's perfect for people who are transitioning from independent to assisted living. The apartments don't have a kitchenette and the rooms are smaller and don't have a shower. There is like 4 shared showers and there is a schedule where a staff member will go with you, which works out perfect for my loved one. Compared to other places, this one is the best for my loved one.

I think this is a nice community. The menu should give more variety in the meals that are served. The staff is very nice and respectful. They do have activities for when he is ready to participate. The community is always clean. I would highly recommend other families to see this community for the value and care of a loved one.

My mom is getting great care here at this very nice community. It is clean and the staff is excellent She is happy with the meals and the activities that are offered to her. We would highly recommend the community for other families.

I'm very happy with it. So far, I've had no problems whatsoever. My mom is not happy to be anywhere but her own home so she is as happy as she would be in any community. She doesn't participate in the activities but I think they do an excellent job of providing them. I think the bathroom always needs a more thorough cleaning and her room too. It's not that it's bad but I think it could use a more thorough cleaning. If she doesn't like the meal that's being served she does have a lot of options which I think is good.

Management changed a few weeks before my mom's passing. They were still transitioning to new fees and policies. If they keep the one price regardless of care level that is helpful for budgeting. We went there mainly for this reason and that meals were anytime, but that all changed when she actually moved in to specific times. Meal choices were also being limited under new management from an expansive menu.

A lot of the staff was friendly, but I felt at times my mom was brushed off on being checked on. They were also a huge hassle to get our refund back after my mom had passed. We went through months of being ignored and having to constantly email or call to see if our check was on the way. But they're real quick to get their payment at the beginning of the month. Activities or entertainment in memory care could be better. More music and outdoor time would be great. The meals were small and sometimes not appealing. Even with all of this said I would still recommend Sunshine Gardens because it's way better care than any other facility in the area.
