Overall -a good experience. Staff's accommodating & friendly. There was a price increase.

10 for all. Such an improvement in [name removed]. Interaction with staff. Takes him for walks which he loves. Three meals a day. Seems extremely happy. All his needs being met

Certain caregivers were amazing. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. My mom was not interested in the activities- it was too much stimulation for a dementia resident.

[name removed], the wellness director, is amazing. She is easy to talk to and addresses any concerns I bring up. Lexi, at the front desk, is always cheerful and willing to help. I really feel like the people make the place.

Just a few weeks ago, my dad passed away peacefully in his apartment at Ridgewood Senior Living. His decline came so quickly... as a family we weren't prepared. There are a number of wonderful things I could say about Ridgewood Senior Living, but none can compare to this... that the staff were visiting my dad several times an hour, doing everything they could to make him comfortable. My dad was a wonderful man, but he wasn't always the warmest person. And yet, the staff loved on him. He chose to be on hospice those last days. And [Name removed] from Serenity Hospice was beyond extraordinary. But even though the Ridgewood staff could have deferred all their responsibilities to Serenity, they didn't. They kept coming, taking such good care of him. I will always appreciate [Name removed], the medical team, and all the staff at Ridgewood for their dedication, commitment, and expertise. They are a great team, always there for you, especially when you need them most. Thank you, Ridgewood.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible! Very informative. Very friendly and helpful. They got so much accomplished in a short period of time to get my brother a room and to get him settled! The staff in Memory Care already feel like family! Everyone that is employed at facility greets you with a big smile and very courteous! The residents there all look very happy and seem to love their home at Oak Pointe Thank You for many this transition for my brother as easy as possible…

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire experience.

The staff was very friendly and had good interactions with the residents. The residents were happy and enjoying themselves. It was very relaxing with activities for the residents to do. The facility was all one level with a safe room for severe weather.

The staff is warm and friendly, seem to genuinely are about the residents. The facility is pretty new and beautiful

The executive director Adam is amazing. He made the transition for my grandmother from IL so easy. Very kind and funny guy. All employees are so nice and happy. The energy from the staff to the people staying there is great. The facility is clean with no smell which makes me happy and the entertainment is great. I mean they had mint juleps and Kentucky derby party and then margs on Cinco de Mayo. The physical therapy are awesome. I really have no complaints at all. It is an older building on the outside but they decorate for holidays outside and it's amazing. The inside looks nice too.

I think this is a fantastic community for your loved ones needing memory care. The rooms are large and you can bring your own furniture and decorations. The patient to staff ratio is great and the cost is not astronomical. The only downsides are there is no a registered nurse on 24/7 and there are no motion sensors/monitors in the bedrooms to monitor falls. But overall I think if you are considering this facility for your loved one, they will have fantastic care.

Most definitely. If you had a 10 that's what it would be. Kim and her staff are wonderful. The facility was fantastic. I can't say enough about how they helped us out so much and really listened to us. Very caring and helpful in every way. I would send any of my loved ones there and would refer any person in need there. They were amazing. Kim is absolutely the most amazing compassionate person. A wonderful place

APFM was a good starting point for an entirely new experience for me and my family. I would recommend as I also appreciated the articles on again, clearing out a family home and living with your aging parents

The Chestnut Hill Terrace / Tom was so professional and showed much patience with me and my family , We looked at having our Dad live there but our family kept. Putting it off cause one thing and another and chanced the month a couple times, also it was 3 of us / my sister and brother that was providing different info that Tom needed . It was about 6 months from the time we looked at the Terrence until we actually moved Dad in . Tom kept in touch and reached out to see how we were doing and what the plan was WITHOUT being pushy or overbearing , I can't tell you how much that was appreciated!! The Terrence is beautiful and have a great activities offered on a daily basis . Dad totally enjoys the food . They made my dad welcomed . Also when we had questions and concerns that we had after Dad moved in , they were all addressed seamlessly . Our family feels great that Dad is well taken care and supervised ! What a relief . My Dad is again thriving in being in this social environment ! A place for Mom has been so beneficial to our family in helping us get started when we didn't know where to begin .

Oak Pointe is a great place to have your loved one live. If your parent is rather unsocial and prefers to be in their room most of the day, like my mother, it does cost extra to have meals delivered to their room. We weren't told that before she moved there. Also, they charge a one time community fee of [Amount Removed]. So I paid the first month's lodging bill which was [Amount Removed] plus the[Amount Removed] community fee for a total of [Amount Removed]. My mother died at Oak Pointe after living there for only 22 days, so it made it an expensive stay.

The community is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming feel. I felt confident my dad was in good hands. Would recommend

The heart of Heritage Hills is undoubtedly its dedicated staff. They are known for their professionalism and empathy, particularly during the initial transition period. Their ability to guide residents through the physical and emotional changes of this life stage with patience and kindness makes a world of difference for both the residents and their families. One of the standout features of this community is the robust schedule of activities and social opportunities.

The place was clean, and the staff was excellent. They worked with us when my father was released from rehab to the hospital and then discharged the same day—we needed a place immediately, and they got a room ready with furniture until we could get him fully set up. The community was always clean, and my father’s room was consistently kept clean. We couldn’t have asked for friendlier, more helpful people. They treated my father with respect. The administrative staff was responsive and helpful. When my father passed at the facility, they assisted with everything and worked with us in moving his belongings out. My father was in memory care, so he did not utilize the dining room much, and there were not many choices available. There was always something for the residents to do, and Chrissy was excellent with them. It is expensive, but comparable to other facilities.

My Mother seems very pleased to live there. I think one of the most impressive things is the activities that are planned. My Mom is always talking about playing games or going to a program/event. It appears that a resident can be as busy as they like.
