As first experience with a Memory Care Center, I find this a very good facility for my wife’s condition. Personal attention is given each resident. Individual rooms, beautiful secured garden area, freedom of time and space, as well as activities and outings. Housekeeping is excellent. Menu is institutionalized, but residences have choices at each meal. Medications given at prescribed times 24hours a day. Residents are treated as individuals. A good place.

Although the building is older the decor and common areas are clean and cheery. The apartments have an open concept that helps them feel spacious. The laundry is shared, which is not preferred by my loved one.

While touring all styles of living for my father, we toured six different facilities in the area. Dad is 99 years old and although he isn't driving, he remains active and embraces freedom. Lake Ridge offers Independent Living-he was instantly sold on he idea. He enjoys a private one-bedroom apartment with full eat-in kitchen and a screened patio. Everything is on one level in the complex and free self-laundry is down the hall. Dad can choose to eat meals in the dining room, or he can make coffee and meals in his kitchen..he bought a microwave, says its faster! Within short walking distance of Lake Ridge he does banking, grocery and drug store shopping, snacks at fast food restaurants, browse Tractor Supply and more. Lake Ridge offers scheduled shuttles off-campus to various locations. Throughout the week several groups have arranged visiting hours such as Church Services, Visiting Angels, Medical Staff and representatives from Veterans Administration. [name removed] was so helpful and supportive during a challenging time of moving my mom to assisted living and hospice care. She was very knowledgeable pointing out what sets Marbella apart and providing me general insight and call outs of what to look for and ask questions about during my search. Now that we’ve moved in, I know we made the right decision. 24/7 nurse coverage is a huge differentiator especially for Type 1 insulin dependent diabetics. The care and attentiveness has been remarkable.

My mother lived in a Senior Community in the midwest. She thrived in the routines of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and activities like bingo and happy hour. I looked at a number of locations and found Morada to be the closest to me but also highly collaborative in making sure that my mother's needs - and specific needs - were addressed. From specific meal types to games that she loved, they worked to make it happen, or at least the latter, introduce it to other residents as an option. They also introduced us to Seva Medical group that they work with who was able to establish care through a video call which ensured she had primary care and referrals established upon arrival. Her room was set up to our satisfaction, and ultimately, the people just seem kind. When I asked her two weeks in, she said likes it there. Which is all I needed to hear!

My Dad fell in love with the Chateau as soon as we walked in. The people are so warm and friendly and they have truly welcomed him into the community. The food is great and the open seating allows for getting to know a lot of people. We are very grateful to have found the Chateau!!

I toured this as a possible residence for my mother in law, [name removed]. I thought it was welcoming; the rooms I saw would fit my MIL’s needs, and the common areas were large and accessible.

Everyone was very friendly. The administration ([name removed]and [name removed])was very attentive and informed us very well. I can say that we chose Azalea for our family member.

Our visit was very informative, very well planned tour answering our many questions. All the staff and residents showed excellent attitudes. The shower area was quite compact but our mind’s were cleared on that point. The dinning layout was wonderful. Very enjoyable visit. Thank you.

Wow.... The staff and facility were warm and welcoming. We had toured on a day that was rainy overcast, and you would have thought would have made the visit gloomy..... But no between. Staff and residents..... We felt like we were home. Safe and warm from the ugly weather outside.... we felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. One of the military boys from the navy came by the office ...... poked his head in and delivered the joke of the day! We laughed so hard...... it doesn't get any better than that!!!! The dining room had an excellent menu. And lots of choices. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate so many people. And several different tables of people were warm and welcoming. Some folks were dressed fancy and some casual.... But all were very kind. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room and storage. And the kitchenett what's a pleasant surprise. The layout was ideal. We like the pet policy and outing choices. Love it! WE ARE HOME!

I fell in love with Terrabella. The community was so clean and beautiful. The residents appeared clean, happy and well cared for. Staff seemed caring and compassionate. I could envision my mom living there. No doubt!.

Working through “A Place For Mom” to find Spring Mill Senior Living for our mom was a great experience. Spring Mill is a beautiful facility with caring staff who are kind, engaging and seem to truly care for their patients. We met with [name removed] to tour the facility and she has worked with us and mom through this entire process to help with our decision and to help with this big transition. It wasn’t an easy choice to move mom out of her home, but it was a necessary one for her safety and for her overall quality of life. Spring Mill has provided mom an opportunity to live independently while having people help her when she needs it. For someone who has professed to be shy, she has become a social butterfly and is enjoying the many activities that Spring Mill offers its’ residents. Mom has been there a month now and while I was very nervous as to how mom would accept her new living arrangements, I am very relieved and pleased with the level of care that she is receiving. Excellent!

The staff is amazing. None better. Mom lived there for over a year and she got great care. So friendly and supportive. Price is comparable to other facilities.

My mother is very happy at Addington Place. She really likes the people and raves about the food. The activities aren’t really her thing, but it’s great that they are available to the residents.

[name removed] was so helpful on the tour and getting my mom moved in. When we first visited we could tell the residents are happy and friendly. From what mom has told me, the food is just fine. They are about to renovate the bistro area, and also recently renovated other areas, so the place looks really nice. Administrative stuff can be a little slow at first after moving in but nothing major.

My parents live at Winter Villages and have a great experience residing there. I highly recommend it.

My mother in law was immediately welcomed in and found community and best friend. It was such a blessing to her and our family!

Our experience, so far, has been very positive. My brother is new to Solstice and has received great service and attention. The staff is friendly. The food is very good. His little apartment is well maintained and pleasant.

We ultimately decided that discovery village was the right home for my mother-in-law who was moving from out of state. Instantly, it felt like a very warm and welcoming community, the updates and renovations are really sprucing up the building, and they truly have an unmatched, social calendar and set of activities. The spaces are well maintained and clean and everything is very accessible from within the building. We’ve dined with my mother-in-law on site a few times and the on-site food and staff are both great. The one constructive comment I have which is less about DV and more about the information that a place for mom shared with us is about their pricing. Pricing for DV much higher than what a place for mom originally communicated.
