Brookdale

Everybody seems to give 100%. Rooms are more than large enough. Every time I have seen dinner it looked like a high class restaurant.

I've been a resident here At Brookdale Jones farm for 1.5 years in assisted living. I love all the games and planned activities and fun events. A lot of new friends here. I am extremely satisfied with how friendly everyone is and the staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is very good. They needed new carpet, but tried to keep it clean. They always had many activities planned, weekly lunch adventures. They really try to give their tenants a feel of home away from home. They did seem to be always be short of employees. I did not meet anyone that didn't like there. They were concerned about the price and they did raise my brother's rent only after being there 3 months. I felt that my brother was safe, fed, and had good socialization when he felt up to it.

My mother only lived 5 days after moving in. I thought they were great, as did my father. The staff was great.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They offer many activities for patients, the food is good and my mom is happy!!!

They have been warm, welcoming and supportive of mom's needs. I would recommend to others.

Caring people who make mom feel safe and not lonely. Meeting her where she is even when that changes daily and keeps her laughing and having fun.

My married cousins were in need of assisted living. Having retired from Brookdale Forest City in 2018, this community was my first choice. The current team is very professional and made the transition from home a very pleasant experience. The building is beautifully maintained, and the food quite good. Most important to me is the smiling faces of happy, well care for residents. A testament to the associates who care for them!!

Moving to Brookdale and giving up my home was a change that seemed difficult at first. However, as the weeks have passed, I feel more and more "at home". The staff and residents have given me a warm welcome and not a day goes by that I do not meet someone who becomes an added joy to know. The activities that are planned for residents add to my enjoyment and help me stay busy and stimulated. This safe environment creates a true home for me.

My mom and I toured Brookdale and were very impressed by the friendly welcome that we got upon arrival. Brookdale is clean and the residents all look happy. My mom is hoping to have a respite stay in [Date Removed]

Brookdale Jones Farm is very good. I had a billing issue when I first moved in, nothing big, just a minor issue of where my bill was being sent. It was handled to my satisfaction quickly with my marketing rep, the director and the business office working together to fix the issue. Family is also happy that I am at Brookdale. Response to questions is always good.

Brookdale Lake Tavares has extremely friendly and helpful staff and residents.

Wonderful experience overall with all staff members from top to bottom at Brookdale Jones Farm. Was a respite stay until moving out of state to be with family after a hospital stay. Would have stayed permanently if family was local.

The Brookdale Jones Farm facility is well maintained. All areas; living room, halls, common areas, and dining room are clean. Brookdale Jones Farm provides apartment cleaning once a week and changes linens. Repairs are done as a priority.

Unmatched quality and value. Describe Brookdale as an exceptional senior living facility. Help and service I have requested was accomplished in a timely manner. Staff and residents have been friendly and very helpful the new shop is outstanding.

Everything has been great! They take very good care of her, beyond what I would have expected. She has a more aggressive personality, but they are so sweet. We are very satisfied.

Their attention to small details gave our family confidence that he will be taken care of while he gains his strength. The atmosphere here is always friendly and inviting. We’re so happy that our friend is so happy here. The food is just ok some attention could be to adding a little more favors.

My friend [Name Removed] has lived at Brookdale Everett for some time now. She feels at home and has many close bonds. She often mentions that the food is really good. They have live music, movies, bingo and they keep the facility well maintained. She really feels comfortable with Ivy and Fato on her care team Tricia is very kind and helpful.

I love the people that work here everyone is so kind and caring and willing to help. The food is amazing and enjoy eatting with my friends. I love the location. I can look out my window and see the birds and animals outside.

Things have been very good here. people are so nice. Wonderful place to walk. Love the pind next door to walk. I can jump in my car and drive anywhere. Everything is near by. The location is great. I am happy with brookdale.
